I can't write this review without getting emotional because that is exactly how I felt when after one very long day of intensive work, Dr. Mark gave me a mirror and told me to smile big. I honestly forgot how after so many years of hiding my teeth. I was deliriously thrilled and amazed at the person smiling back at me; a long time dream come true all thanks to the amazing dentists at Berlin Dental Center! Traveling from the US to Egypt to get major work done, I was very hesitant and a little scared. Immediately, Dr. Mark and Dr. Monica made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very professional and personable. The office was very clean, welcoming, and equipped with top-of-the-line equipment. I felt a real sense of family with everyone I met there; Doctors Mark, Monica, Hassan, and Rawan. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dentalica, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into their welcoming reception area to the completion of my dental procedures, everything was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire visit. Dr was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each procedure in detail, ensuring that I understood the process and any necessary aftercare. Will definitely come back!

I originally came in for routine teeth cleaning. Dr. Reham Hassan is very gentle and exceeded my expectations. Later on, I came to her clinic for Orthodontist work as well. I had some issues with the braces and she was able to see me right away to fix the issues.

Excellent service!! Very reputable people. All the team there are board-certified and college professors. I started my braces at age 40. I have always been repelled by the look of metal chunks on top of the teeth. Instead they offered me very tiny braces that they placed behind the teeth. None, even my family noticed their appearance. Six month into the treatment, they switched me to a removable appliance called Aligners. I was done in a year and I LOVE my teeth now. No more insecurities over my pervious over bite. I paid half the price I was gonna pay on veneers and my smile is 100٪؜ natural. They are very professional, they use high tech machines to alleviate the pain of the teeth sensitivity. They never took risk when it comes to my teeth. They made panoramic x rays before, during and after the treatment. They were very cautious and always followed up after each session. I would totally recommend this office to anyone with any dental problem.
