I can't write this review without getting emotional because that is exactly how I felt when after one very long day of intensive work, Dr. Mark gave me a mirror and told me to smile big. I honestly forgot how after so many years of hiding my teeth. I was deliriously thrilled and amazed at the person smiling back at me; a long time dream come true all thanks to the amazing dentists at Berlin Dental Center! Traveling from the US to Egypt to get major work done, I was very hesitant and a little scared. Immediately, Dr. Mark and Dr. Monica made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very professional and personable. The office was very clean, welcoming, and equipped with top-of-the-line equipment. I felt a real sense of family with everyone I met there; Doctors Mark, Monica, Hassan, and Rawan. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I am from the United States of America. I first came to this office last year to have dental implants oral surge done. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. They even were able to accommodate me when I had some travel issues. The cost of having my work done was a fraction of the cause that it would have caused me back home. Any major dental work that I may ever need will always be done at this office. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs cosmetic or dental surgery done.

My daughter was experiencing pain in her gum. The dentist fitted us in without a wait. My daughter is extremely nervous and I was amazed at how Dr Nermine managed to get her in the room easily and without tears. A thorough check was made and even X-rays for teeth that hadn't grown in. This dentist is caring and thorough. The practice offers good value for money. Highly recommend.

Excellent service!! Very reputable people. All the team there are board-certified and college professors. I started my braces at age 40. I have always been repelled by the look of metal chunks on top of the teeth. Instead they offered me very tiny braces that they placed behind the teeth. None, even my family noticed their appearance. Six month into the treatment, they switched me to a removable appliance called Aligners. I was done in a year and I LOVE my teeth now. No more insecurities over my pervious over bite. I paid half the price I was gonna pay on veneers and my smile is 100٪؜ natural. They are very professional, they use high tech machines to alleviate the pain of the teeth sensitivity. They never took risk when it comes to my teeth. They made panoramic x rays before, during and after the treatment. They were very cautious and always followed up after each session. I would totally recommend this office to anyone with any dental problem.
