Dr Urzola and his staff were outstanding. I found them very well trained, professional and understanding of my need for implants. I had upper and lower complete new teeth. The place was one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in a lot in my 70 years. My trip to Costa Rica was exceptional, from the moment I landed, I felt welcomed. Having a representative greet me, walked me through immigration to getting me to Gabriel, I was thoroughly impressed. After getting me to my hotel, getting checked in and getting to the clinic all in the same day, I was excited to get my dental work done. After consultation with the doctor and his finding cavities that my previous dentist did not identify, he filled them with ease. Getting me prepared for the crowns was an easy and painless experience. I was thoroughly amazed; the crowns were ready to be installed in less than 48 hours. Seven of my family members and a few coworkers have gone to Dr Calvo for dentistry work. So while my sister was travelling to have work done that she was quoted $31,000 in the USA, I decided to go with her and have some minor work done. I was so amazed how smooth the whole process is. From the second you land at the airport and Olger picks you up, through the initial check-up by Dr Calvo and the estimate to go the work to the work being done for a fraction of the cost of US dentist. Dr Calvo and his staff are very professional, speak fluent English explains everything he can do for you and the price. While having the work done they are caring and gentle. My sisters total price was $3400 compared to the $31,000 estimate she received in the USA. She didn’t need as much as she was told by the US dentist but did receive four root canals and a bridge with six teeth, as well as a deep cleaning. All done within two visits/ two days. Surprisingly she had NO PAIN whatsoever. I just had a deep cleaning, three silver/mercury fillings I got when I was a child replaced, and a whitening treatment and paid right at $500 No pain and now I have the most shiniest teeth that I have had in years. The office is well equipped and very clean. The shopping centre is very nice and clean At the end of the shopping center is a very nice grocery store that has everything you could possibly need. So happy I finally decided to come to see for myself how wonderful Dr Calvo and Olger are. Absolutely the BEST.
