All-on-4 Dental Implants San José

I lived in Costa Rica, Puerto Viejo, many years ago and was familiar with the outstanding dentistry this country provides. So of course when I found myself in need of extensive work, this is the only place I trusted. Having grown up with American dentists, I have horrible memories and avoided them at all costs. While shopping for dentists here, I had the good fortune to connect with Cristina who works for Dr Urzola. She is initially the reason I chose Dr Urzola out of them all. I couldn't have made a better choice. Even before I arrived, Dr Urzola took the time to call me many times to go over what I needed and gave me sound advice as to what treatment plan was best. Every single person in this practice is kind, infinitely helpful and Dr Urzola goes above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied. The office is beautiful, centrally located, easy to find, and a mere 5 minute drive by Uber from where I stayed. I had the first phase of a total reconstructive surgery, which includes sedated (my choice) extractions, many full mouth 360° imagery, molds, medications and temporary teeth which will allow me to eat and smile for the first time in years. I will be returning in approximately 3 months, after the healing process, for my forever, permanent teeth. I couldn't be more pleased. Plus, Dr Urzola's prices are beyond competitive. I felt pampered and looked after from the moment his chauffeur picked me up from the airport. I'm looking forward to coming back soon, and I promise this: Voy a hablar mucho más español! I came to Costa Rica at the end of February 2023 to work with Dr. Gadea and I had a wonderful experience. I was referred to him by a number of his patients who had successful experiences with him, and they live in North Carolina. The doctor and I emailed back-and-forth since the fall. He never hesitated to get back to me as soon as possible when I had questions. As a woman on my own, traveling to Costa Rica for dental work, I felt safe and secure, I felt supported and listened to by Dr. Gadea and his lovely staff. Everyone was kind and considerate. Everyone speaks wonderful English as well. His office has state of the art equipment to help further diagnose. My treatment plan consisted of six veneers, a root canal and a crown, a deep cleaning over my six veneers as well as teeth whitening. Dr. Gadea is an artist. He did an amazing job on my six front teeth. He did a fabulous job on my teeth in general. Even the anesthesia the doctor used seemed cleaner than the products they use at my general dentist in North Carolina. I am so grateful for him and his wonderful staff. I am so relieved that I am in network with Dr. Gadea. I will be going back every year that I can because I trust him with his superior artistic skills and his exemplary technical skills.

Seven of my family members and a few coworkers have gone to Dr Calvo for dentistry work. So while my sister was travelling to have work done that she was quoted $31,000 in the USA, I decided to go with her and have some minor work done. I was so amazed how smooth the whole process is. From the second you land at the airport and Olger picks you up, through the initial check-up by Dr Calvo and the estimate to go the work to the work being done for a fraction of the cost of US dentist. Dr Calvo and his staff are very professional, speak fluent English explains everything he can do for you and the price. While having the work done they are caring and gentle. My sisters total price was $3400 compared to the $31,000 estimate she received in the USA. She didn’t need as much as she was told by the US dentist but did receive four root canals and a bridge with six teeth, as well as a deep cleaning. All done within two visits/ two days. Surprisingly she had NO PAIN whatsoever. I just had a deep cleaning, three silver/mercury fillings I got when I was a child replaced, and a whitening treatment and paid right at $500 No pain and now I have the most shiniest teeth that I have had in years. The office is well equipped and very clean. The shopping centre is very nice and clean At the end of the shopping center is a very nice grocery store that has everything you could possibly need. So happy I finally decided to come to see for myself how wonderful Dr Calvo and Olger are. Absolutely the BEST.

From the moment you arrive in Costa Rica to the day you leave is truly a wonderful experience. I needed about $50,000 worth of dental work done in the states. I believe it cost me 7000. That is with lodging, travel, expenses and food. The whole staff from Sergio, who picks you up at the airport to the wonderful people in the office I have nothing but praise. How often do you have a Dentist stay till 10 at night to make sure your teeth are done properly? The dental work was superb. I had everything from implants to root canals and everything in between.
