I had multiple dental issues which required multiple sittings. Appointments were tuned to suit my convenience. After the initial checkup, the entire dental treatment sequence was explained to me in detail. Scalings, Extractions, Filings etc etc were all accomplished perfectly (and without any pain). The staff at the clinic is very helpful. I thank Dr Annie Thomas & Dr James for resolving all my dental problems to my utmost satisfaction.

I recently had a dental implant by Dr Mokhtari. Initial surgery in the North Bay clinic with follow-up in the Barrie clinic. All staff were friendly and professional. Both visits were on time. Dr. Mokhtari and the clinic staff answered all questions and put me at ease. Post op there was no swelling and very little discomfort. Both clinics were clean and appeared to be efficiently run.

Efficient and friendly. Went in for an emergency wisdome tooth removal and they were able to recognize when a situation was too much to handle. They guided me to an oral surgeon. Will most definitely be returning for any future dental work.

Amazing and friendly staff and very thorough. The best dental experience I have ever had. I would recommend this place to anyone. They did not try to sell me on anything I did not need... which is so rare in a dental office. I look forward to my first procedure coming soon.

I started my dental implant journey last October and I am so so happy that the professional I started this journey with is Dr Martin Cloutier! His office staff like the good Doc himself are a very cheerful but professional group of individuals. Would I recommend this clinic to my family/ colleagues? Absolutely.
