Dr. Bilal Smaily graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor in Science. He was awarded the Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy. After graduation, Dr. Smaily worked as an associate in Detroit, Michigan for three years. Dr Smailys keen interest in dental implants and the positive impact they have in patients life has led him to pursue advanced studies in Oral implantology. He received his fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2008. He is an active member in the Ontario Dental Association, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The International Congress of Oral Implantology, and The Canadian Society of Oral Implantology. He has received certificates of recognizing his advanced training in Surgical Oral Implantology from Temple University and the University of Michigan.
Dr. Smaily practiced as an associate in the Kitchener-Waterloo area before starting his own practice, B.Smaily Dental in 2006. Dr Smaily and his staff believe in providing quality dental care in a relaxing and welcoming environment to all their patients.
Since then, Dr Smaily’s pursuit of education and excellence continues. He devotes a large amount of time each year to attend conferences and continuing education courses to learn the latest techniques and advances in restorative dentistry, sedation dentistry, oral implantology and laser dentistry.
