I would HIGHLY recommend Thames River Family Dentistry. I commend Dr. Rohit James for his professional and caring service provided by him. I have had Dr. James examine and provide xrays on my first visit and ascertain a plan to correct deficiencies. Upon request, he extracted my upper teeth in order to provide the opportunity for a much-needed upper set of false teeth. He took the necessary time and provided the necessary experience to properly perform the required impressions. Upon completion of the impressions, I was given a choice of colour of new teeth in the plate, but I preferred to have Dr. James choose the correct colour. I was extremely pleased when I received the final set of teeth. The denture fit perfectly. I needed NO ADJUSTMENTS for them. I would without a doubt give his service STARS. I would go to him again and again.

I had 2 tempory fillings. I broke a tooth several weeks ago but the pain started early Thursday, April 12th and by 7.30 pm at night I couldn't take it anymore. I called lighthouse dental and they were able to book me in before they opened the next day but couldn't guarantee they could fix my tooth completely with the time they had. The next morning came and I drove 45min to lighthouse (the only place available at the time). I had a quick exam and the doctor assured me he could not let me leave in any sort of pain. So he made time for me and gave me two temporary sedative fillings to hold me over until we both had time to come back for the final filling. This was my first time to Lighthouse and to a dentist and close to 7years and it was great! I felt absolutely Zero paid, the doctor, hygienist and front desk ladies were all great! Thanks a lot, guys!
