Dr. Ramuné Sileikyte believes that a beautiful and healthy smile can have an immense impact on a person’s confidence and self-esteem. She feels fortunate to be in a profession that allows her to provide her patients just that and more. Her goal is to offer personalized and exceptional orthodontic care in a friendly and caring environment. Dr. Ramuné received her bachelor degree in Biochemistry from Rockford College, IL, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and later pursued her DMD degree from University of Manitoba Dental School. She graduated dental school with Dean’s Honors and numerous awards for academic and clinical excellence. Dr. Ramuné pursued her three-year post-graduate program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center to receive her orthodontic specialty certification. Her post-graduate education included training in the latest and most advanced aspects of orthodontic treatment including surgically-facilitated accelerated orthodontics (Wilckodontics®), lingual braces, orthodontic mini-implants, Invisalign®, and sleep apnea treatment. 

Dr. Ramuné is a Canadian and American Board Certified Orthodontist utilizing the most current techniques in orthodontic treatment. Staying abreast of technological advances in the field is important to Dr. Ramune, therefore she routinely participates in continuing education courses and seminars. On a personal note, Dr. Ramune enjoys hiking, running, traveling, and reading, as well as spending time with her husband. She is thrilled to be part of Edmonton community and looks forward to making more smiles healthy, beautiful, and confident!
