SB Specialized Dental Office Brazil

My boy friend needed 5 extractions, 4 implants, two crowns and filings. He had avoided going to the dentist for years. Because of the very high price of implants in the US and the good reputation and reasonable prices for dentistry in Brazil, we decided to take a vacation and get the work done while we were there. We chose SB Specialized Dental based on the two published reviews (which was risky due to the limited number), the pictures of the clinic interior and the fact that Dr. Barbosa spoke English. We were anxious heading into this; however, I cannot express well enough in words how wonderful this experience turned out to be. Dr. Barbosa, and the two other dentists, his brother and father were fantastic.
The planning and the explanations were detailed and easy to follow. They worked as a team to to coordinate the procedures to accomplish the work needed in a short period of time.. The results are extraordinary and the process was so efficient,sensitive and relatively painless for him resulting in a basically restructured mouth full of new teeth. They provided everything we needed including the mouth guard to go home with. Outstanding! Karen

The experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering Brazil. I do not believe the experience could have been any better and just loved the Drs Barbosa. The facility is immaculately clean, it has the latest equipment and wonderful staff. The staff do not speak English, so you have to communicate directly with Dr. Sergio Barbosa-Filho. Sao Paulo is a pretty safe city with great restaurants, museums and shops, so overall we had a really great experience. Karen

I went to the clinic because he had lost a tooth in a basketball game and was very well attended since the first consultation. I had the implant surgery and then a metal free crown and the work was fast friendly and efficient. I enjoyed and recommend.

Actually I was very pleased with the treatment. My teeth are much brighter that I thought it will be. In the first section the dentist bleached my teeth at the office, so it would have a better result. He told me I would have to wait 40 minutes until have the bleach removed. For my surprise he had several videos of music and sitcoms that I could watch during the procedure. He and his staff was polite and kind with me. I still have to do a root canal and a crown, hope it goes like the teeth bleaching!
