Biography:

Luke Villata graduated in dentistry from the University of Sydney in 1984. Luke worked in private practice in Hobart, Tasmania, for 2 years before heading to London. He worked in London until 1993 when he moved to Aarhus Denmark to study Periodontics. Luke graduated in 1996 and obtained his specialist registration in NSW in 1997.

Luke has worked in specialist practice since 1997. Luke has also been involved in teaching at the University of Sydney and Charles Sturt University since 1997 and 2010 respectively. Luke is currently head of the Diploma in Implant Dentistry course which is run from Charles Sturt University. Luke was granted membership of the Royal Australian Society of Dental Surgeon in 2010.

Luke is a member of the Australian Society of Periodontology, Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists, European Osseoinetegration Society, British Society of Periodontology, American Academy of Periodontology, American Academy of Osseointegration,  International Academy of Periodontology and Australasian Osseointegration Society.

Biography:

Jessica ONeill is a registered specialist in Periodontics and was awarded membership of both the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, and the Faculty of Dental Surgeons at the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.

She graduated as a dentist in 2002 from the University of Sydney, and spent the next two years gaining valuable experience in a large teaching hospital before heading to England. She worked in the UK for 2 years gaining surgical experience, and in Queensland in private practice, before returning to Sydney to study Periodontics during which time she received several awards and scholarships.

Since gaining her specialist registration, Jessica has worked in private practice in Sydney. Jessica is a part-time lecturer and clinical tutor for dental students at the University of Sydney.

Jessica is a member of the following groups: Australian Society of Periodontology, Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists, Australasian Osseointegration Society, International Academy of Periodontology, Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.

Tracy graduated from Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia in 2003, having been awarded an Associate degree in Dental Hygiene with Distinction.  She was also the recipient of the Australian Dental Association prize for best final year student, and was included in the Vice Chancellor’s List for academic excellence.  Since returning to Sydney in 2004, Tracy has been working in private practice.  She is a member of the Australian Dental Hygienists Association.
