I had a tooth extraction with this clinic on my trip to Vietnam because of a painful cavity on lower root after 3 days. My experience was very pleasant. I made an appointment and response time was good. I had an x-ray done with excellent consultation from staff. All that help were very patient and pleasant. Made me comfortable and was very professional. The lady that pulled my tooth was very good. I was well informed of procedures and the price before the extraction team performed the extraction. My situation was hard to save tooth as cavity was below the gums on the root of the tooth. X-ray confirmed by my consultation. The girl receptionist that handled check out was very kind and passionate. All in all, l was very pleased with the service l received and would come back most definitely. I had better service here than back home in Canada. Good job. Thank you.

I have severe anxiety stemming from an incident with my orthodontist and have not been able to go to a dentist or for oral work for years because of it. Almost all my dentists in the UK have not been exactly.,.equipped to help with anxiety despite me explaining my situation, so I was worried it might be the same here. But it was completely different and surprising. Dr Seo was so patient. The entire office was very accommodating. They set you up in the room and let you relax and just acclimatise to the environment (which helped me because it takes me some time to work down from an anxiety attack) and Dr Seo was patient and kind the entire appointment and explained everything clearly. The office also is very nice and bright with lots of windows and plants so it feels more comforting straight away. I'm already scheduling another appointment. I'm so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

It's really worth it and I really satisfied with their services. Best dentist I have ever met, they did a great job fixing a crown. They did a post and core casting for a 3 root post and core buildup that fixed my crown perfectly! They didn't try to upsell me to an implant, they did what I wanted and saved my tooth root. It feels great! Best dental work I have ever had done. Thank you all very much. After receiving a quote in Australia for over $40,000AUD for dental work (implants) I researched Dentists in Hanoi and found Greenfield Dental. Communication with an overseas Dentist can be a challenge but found the staff at Greenfield very easy to deal with. Once I arrived in Hanoi and visited Greenfield the practice was clean and professional. I was allocated an interpreter for my visit as I cannot speak Vietnamese. The treatment I received was first class and I have recommended Greenfield to many people, some of which have had treatment there since my recommendation.
