All the staff that I have met and my dentist have all been absolutely wonderful people I had to go for a medical which everybody does and I was not impressed there because I simply wanted to know what test I was having done so I would ask what is this test for And a couple of them just ignored you and I wouldn’t get on the bed until I found out what they were doing. I have a right to know what test they are doing, but that is not under the dental clinic's responsibility on how other people treat you unfortunately, I was one of the unlucky people That was not suitable for my requirements and I can only get a half done because I’m not well enough to go under anaesthetic but we have worked out a plan and hopefully nothing else goes wrong and it’s not their fault. It’s purely my health and I will certainly recommend them to anybody.

A lovely dental clinic. The staff were friendly and in a great location. Due to time constraints, they were unable to help, but certainly worth a visit if you have time in Saigon.

In 2018 I received full mouth upper and lower dental implants by Dr Shah at Dental serenity. I had no problem with my implants they were wonderful. This year I had an accident and my upper implants were affected. I immediately contacted Dr Shah at Dental serenity and was on my way to India. Due to a flight cancellation, I did not get into India until 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning November 6th at 10:00 a.m. on that same Sunday I was in the chair and she was working on me. I had Zygomatic implants put in my upper jaw. November 13th I was flying home to the USA with all brand new upper and lower and spent less than $10,000 on the entire trip. I am very thankful that Dr Shah and dental Serenity was there for me as I could never afford this treatment in the USA. I recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing quality implants of any kind. Thank you Dr Shah for not only saving me one time but fixing what could have been a disaster and a very expensive situation and for working on a Sunday morning. I now have a friend who is a dentist and a dentist who is a friend they are truly great people and I thank them for being there.

I had multiple dental problems. I was suffering from those for years. At last, I made my decision to go to Chennai and made an appointment with Dr Phani Babu. I got dental filling, crown, root canal treatment from them. They had done all of this greatly. I can absolutely say I got world-class treatment from them. Now I am going on clear aligners to straighten my teeth suggested by Dr Phanibabu. He provided me with K Line Aligners. It is working very well. I already got the benefits. I went to A Plus Dental Clinic Apgujeong to get my teeth whitened. It was such a pleasant experience. Joyce, the English coordinator was very kind and sweet and she made sure I understood everything before going in. She even spoke to my taxi driver for me when I was having a hard time finding the hospital. The treatment went smoothly and every step was explained to me before it was administered, which I appreciated since we don't get a lot of that here as foreigners. They were all very gentle with the procedure, making sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort. What I appreciated most was the checkup after leaving the hospital. That evening I got a text message from Joyce asking if I was experiencing any discomfort and she went on to suggest precautions and things to do in case I was in pain. That made me feel very well taken care of. I'm definitely moving dental clinics to this one. Thank you so much for making me feel so at home!

After receiving a quote in Australia for over $40,000AUD for dental work (implants) I researched Dentists in Hanoi and found Greenfield Dental. Communication with an overseas Dentist can be a challenge but found the staff at Greenfield very easy to deal with. Once I arrived in Hanoi and visited Greenfield the practice was clean and professional. I was allocated an interpreter for my visit as I cannot speak Vietnamese. The treatment I received was first class and I have recommended Greenfield to many people, some of which have had treatment there since my recommendation. I highly recommend this dentist for any treatment. I have saved almost $30,000AUD.

I had implant treatment and my daughter received orthodontic treatment. We are very satisfied and the price and performance. Deserve 5 stars until the end.
