Dr.Ford was very professional, and informative, with awesome views from their beautiful office. The staff including Dr. Ford was bilingual, great experience with my dentist's needs while in Panama City (new crown).

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.

Dr was able to see me right away. Fixed my issue promptly and continued with exceptional service as more visits were required.

I am from Peru but live in the US for the past 22 years. This is my second visit to Smiles Peru and I am nothing but greatful to the staff as they made me feel like family. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. They evaluated my dental condition and set a plan to restore my teeth in such a tight schedule of mine. Everything went as planned I am so pleased with the final results as I have the best smile ever. Thanks Doctor Alehandra and the other doctors and nurses who' were extremely patient with me. The place is SPOTLESS. The receptionists are so polite and helpful. I am at a lack of words to describe my experience at Smiles Peru and definitely recommend it to anybody that needs dental implants. Treatment was excellent and very professional. I had 18 teeth removed and 8 implants put in over a three hour time period. There was no bleeding after and the pain level was low. After two days the temporary dentures was fitted. It has been about three weeks now and my gums are healed. The cost is about 1/4 to 1/5 the cost compared to prices in the US. Most people might be worried about the crime and the unknown going to Guatemala but I was met at the airport by the mother of the Alan (dentist). I stayed at her house in the heart of Guatemala City, she is very nice and she spoke great English. His mom drove me to the clinic and Alan drove me back. Of course, I have been there three times and travelled around with no problem.
