I can't write this review without getting emotional because that is exactly how I felt when after one very long day of intensive work, Dr. Mark gave me a mirror and told me to smile big. I honestly forgot how after so many years of hiding my teeth. I was deliriously thrilled and amazed at the person smiling back at me; a long time dream come true all thanks to the amazing dentists at Berlin Dental Center! Traveling from the US to Egypt to get major work done, I was very hesitant and a little scared. Immediately, Dr. Mark and Dr. Monica made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very professional and personable. The office was very clean, welcoming, and equipped with top-of-the-line equipment. I felt a real sense of family with everyone I met there; Doctors Mark, Monica, Hassan, and Rawan. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I (like many other people out there) have a fear for a dentist. I visited another practice about a month ago and was told I needed to have a root canal procedure done, they did a quick fox in the meantime for me, whilst I was placed on a waiting list for root canal. The quick fix left me feeling that I was hit in my face, swollen and very tender. 3 Weeks later, and still nothing. (not a care in the world that I was in pain) I phoned Dr. Thomas's rooms yesterday, told them what happened and they immediately helped with an appointment. What an experience! Dr Thomas is so gentle, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. He (as well as all the staff I met today) is so energetic, vibey, friendly and just amazing. From the moment you enter the reception, you feel welcome. I highly recommend him and his practice, for any dental work. I actually walked out today, with no pain even after the beginning process of root canal. I am so happy with my new forever dentist. They are here to actually help their patients, and not just make money out of them. A dentist with a passion for what he does. Thank you Dr Thomas and team for changing my mind about dentists today. You are such an amazing bunch!

I have mild sleep apnea and Dr Yudelman swiftly sorted it out with a Mandibular Advancement Splint. No, I sleep soundly, I have stopped snoring and I wake up super fresh.

If you looking for an excellent dental experience look no further. My husband and I attended a few sessions. All staff were very welcoming. The dental work done was more than we expected. We strongly recommend Silver Oaks for a better-looking smile. Good value.
