I had a crown replaced by Dr. Urzola. He did an excellent job and came to the clinic on a Saturday to fit into my schedule. Very impressive. I would go back to San Jose again in future, even though I have to fly from Canada to Costa Rica.

After consultation with the doctor and his finding cavities that my previous dentist did not identify, he filled them with ease. Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. Visited the clinic on Thursdsay, had the x-ray and the dentist explained the options. We agreed the procedure and I had the 3 crown bridge fixed on the following Wednesday. There was a slight delay on Thursday as the previous patient was late. However tea and biscuits more than made up for it. Also they saw me earlier on Tuesday so I was happy. The procedure went well and I'm pleased with the results. Given the exceptional value for money I wouldn't hesitate to use the clinic again.
