I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. I wanted to give a special thanks to Alondra, my assistant and the one who organized absolutely everything for me. Apart from everything, she took care of me and made me and my mother feel protected throughout this process. What a clinic! I had my dental implant and got my teeth whitening a while ago. Staff has been amazing and they were very helpful with appointments during the process. With their incredible service I've felt prioritized. They are absolutely amazing. More importantly, the dentist was really gentle with everything, and I didn't even feel a pain. I live outside Turkey but I am still booking appointments from them (this dentist is the best excuse for a holiday in Marmaris).

Recently Dr. Antonio Cook Caballero discovered an open lesion under my tongue. He said it could not be removed in a dental chair. I would have to go to a hospital. I have had excellent treatment at this clinic. I came back to Fort Worth, TX and my GP told me the same. He referred me to the top mouth cancer doctor in the metroplex who removed the lesion (and part of my tongue) and had it biopsied. Praise the Lord no cancer. Thank Dr. Antonio Cook Caballero for finding it.

I had a really great experience at Denti Vitale. The facility is very clean. It was no fuss. I had composite fillings put on to my front teeth. I had many dentist tell me no, that I need canine to canine veneers. I did not want to get veneers because your teeth are shaven down when you get veneers. Denti did not question or oppose my wishes. The procedure was also very quick, all done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I will most likely come back here when it is time to redo them.

They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

Dr. Shah is very professional and made me feel very comfortable during all of the procedures. My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.
