I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a seamless journey from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic. The whole process went exceptionally smoothly, thanks to an amazing team who really went above and beyond. The level of helpfulness and friendliness of the team was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. I was at the clinic for a dental implant (single stage) and I must say that the doctors demonstrated a high level of competence. Their expertise and professionalism was evident throughout the procedure. I am really pleased with the overall experience and positive outcome of the dental implant. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem guten Ort, um Zirkoniumverblendungen machen zu lassen, und habe Kontakt mit der Istanbul Dis Akademisi aufgenommen. Ihre Herangehensweise und ihr Engagement waren aussergewöhnlich. Ich bin extra aus der Schweiz nur für sie angereist. Sie haben mich am Flughafen abgeholt und mich zunächst ins Hotel gebracht. Am nächsten Tag haben sie mich von dort zur Klinik gebracht. Die Informationen in der Klinik und die Herangehensweise des Arztes haben mich sehr beruhigt. Es sind nun 2 Monate seit meiner Zirkoniumverblendung vergangen und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich danke Professor Candan und der Familie der Istanbul Dis Akademisi sehr.

I am very pleased and happy with my treatment at Focus Dental Clinic. I had extensive treatment that involved extractions and placements of multiple implants. I am very pleased with the work done and my treatment by a very professional and caring staff. I will finish my treatment in January after full healing, but I will highly recommend this practice.

I went for the first part of the treatment to have a front tooth implant in September, I was met at the airport by Cavit, who was my driver. He took me to the hotel and was back on time to take me to my appointment, he was my constant driver and I can't speak highly enough about his efficiency. The dental surgery was very clean and modern, where I met Guliz, my online contact who was with me throughout my treatment. The implant was completed professionally and quick and the procedure was completely painless. I shall return in December to have the crown fitted. I have recommended Westdent to friends and colleagues and look forward to returning. A big thank you to Guliz and Cavit for there efficiency and friendliness.

I rarely do reviews, but Dr Baysal deserves 5 stars, and I am also doing you a favour because Dr Baysal must be one of the most competent dentists in the jungle of Turkish dentistry. Firstly, he is one of only few dentists to use CT scanning as a diagnostic tool (none of my former own dentists have ever done that). His diagnoses are therefore 100% informed and accurate, and I still can’t believe I had to go to Istanbul to get that! He picked up several important issues needing attention, which my UK dentist had overlooked for years and would have caused me serious health issues later, had they not been caught by him in time. He really is exceptionally competent at diagnosing, which is fundamental and should be the basis your treatment plan yet left out by most other dentists. He addressed the necessary issues, gave me a few treatment and cost options but without pushing for additional work. His work looks amazingly natural & beautiful, but my oral health also improved so much after the treatment (combination of sinus lift/ implant/root canal/crown). In terms of dentistry work, he is a perfectionist. Weirdly, it’s a pleasure to observe him work because he is so skilled; no former dentist that I have had treatment with were as detailed or took as much time in their preparations as Dr Baysal. He even sent some crowns back to the lab because he was not perfectly happy with their shape and thought they should be 1mm longer (and he was right😊). Granted, there are cultural differences, and the clinic is more informal and ‘open plan’ than I’m used to, but perfectly clean. Information is a bit sparse, on a need-to-know basis, but I'll take that any time over my former dentists' mediocre work and ill-informed diagnoses delivered with perfect bedside manners. Dr Baysal is a genuinely caring person, very competent and I’m so, so glad I found him. I’ll happily be flying to Istanbul for even regular dental check-ups going forward. His clinic is in a great part of town, and it will be a pleasure to see him and his sweet team again. I highly recommend him. Look no further, honestly.

I travelled from the UK to Istanbul to see Dr Görkem for a face and neck lift and blephoroplasty. The Team is so kind and all speak perfect English. They support you every step of the way and I never had to worry as I could always contact the Team for help and advice. I still speak to them now I'm back home. I needed a full-mouth restoration and the treatment I have received has been nothing but amazing. The clinic is first class and the staff make you feel very relaxed and talk you through the process of what they will be doing. My partner also had a full set of crowns and is over the moon with the results. I can't thank them enough for making me smile again with confidence.

This clinic is absolutely impeccable, from the most welcoming, competent and professional team, down to the equipment. This review is for Volkan Karabey specifically, because I have to emphasise his impeccable service and high level of knowledge. I had many treatments done at his clinic, from extractions to implants. From the moment we first spoke, he was so approachable, warm, sincere and very assuring. He took the time to explain all the treatment options in-depth, he was always available and it truly felt like he had my best interest at heart instead of just caring about the financial side. I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. What can I say Medhera Health and team are amazing, I was a high risk case having a heart condition and I had the best care everything was perfect from the moral support to pain relief and observation after the operation. Medhera's doctor, the interpreter’s Tolunay and the lovely dietitian, the nurses was all just amazing people nothing was to much trouble. Contacted the clinic for an appointment and they were very friendly and booked me in straight away. I wanted laser whitening but was told I needed a clean and polish before hand. This was done very well and my teeth have never felt so smooth and clean. I’m going back today for laser whitening and can’t wait. Will always come back.
