Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation adds volume to the breast with an implant to increase fullness and create better balance with the rest of your figure. Silicone gel and saline-filled implants are available in a variety of sizes and dimensions to achieve the appearance that each patient desires. There are three different approaches for augmentation that use a small incision placed under the breast, at the edge of the areola, or in an armpit skin fold.

Facelift
Facial aging is the result of changes in the skin, fat, and muscle of the face. The shift of facial volume from the cheeks to the lower third of the face is responsible for the deepening of the nasolabial folds and the loss of jawline and neck definition over time. A facelift repositions the tissues of the face and neck to restore the contours and appearance of a more youthful or fresher face. Many areas of the face are improved: sagging, loose tissues of the midface, deep folds of loose skin at the sides of the nose and mouth, jowls or loss of definition of the jawline, and excess fat or loose skin causing loss of definition in the neck area. Visible banding of the platysma neck muscle can be corrected to provide additional improvement of the neck contour. Incisions are designed to optimally conceal your scars with tightening of the deep layer, known as the SMAS, producing the most natural, long-lasting results.

Liposuction
Liposuction is a contouring procedure that removes bulges to blend body outlines more aesthetically. Age, heredity and hormonal factors sometimes counteract our best efforts to attain the type of physical appearance we desire. Surgery, when indicated, can be combined with a program of fitness and nutrition to achieve and maintain long lasting results. Liposuction removes excess localized fat deposits through tiny incisions using small tubes called cannulae. The overlying skin shrinks or contracts to fit your new contour.

Treatment for Wrinkles
Facial Cosmetic is an excellent choice in areas of the face where muscle contraction can be modified to achieve the desired effect of smoothing of the overlying wrinkled skin with maintenance of normal facial expression. There is an increasing realization that the changes we perceive as aging are due to an inadequate volume of facial soft tissue or displacement of existing soft tissue volume especially in the cheeks and in areas around the eyes, mouth, and jawline. These changes occur due to migration of the facial tissues as a result of gravity and the loss of skin elasticity. Diminished projection of facial contours produces an aged appearance. Non-surgical volume expansion with tissue fillers has been utilized to augment, to camouflage, to conceal, and thus to rejuvenate in a minimally invasive manner. In many cases, a youthful appearance can be achieved by lifting with volume replacement, rather than with surgery.
