Plastic Surgery

Arm Lift
Breast Implants

Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation is most often performed as an isolated procedure. For those individuals who desire additional plastic surgery enhancements, breast augmentation may be combined with inverted nipple correction, breast lift (augmentation mastopexy), liposuction, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), and facial rejuvenation procedures.

Brow Lift

Eyelid Surgery

Facelift
The facelift procedure is largely "architectural", as it is not meant to simply remove wrinkles in the skin; the facelift is a suspensory procedure with which Dr. Kolker repositions that which has dropped or settled to the more youthful position in which it originally resided. The goal is always youthfulness and restoration of "natural" soft tissue relationships of the face and neck; never, ever "tight". In a facelift, the deep connective tissue (called the SMAS) beneath the skin is repositioned, which re-suspends the soft tissues of the jowl and neck and redefines the cheek, jaw, and necklines.

Fat Transfer

Inverted Nipple Correction

Liposuction
Liposuction is a procedure used to contour and refine areas of the body where localized accumulations of fat exist, including the hips, thighs, buttocks, knees, abdomen, upper arms, breast, chest, chin, cheeks and neck. Liposuction is performed to correct prominent tissue that collects in these areas, and is particularly suited to those areas that do not respond well to weight loss or exercise. The results of liposuction are permanent, as fat cells, once removed, do not return. Liposuction is most appropriate for people with localized fat accumulations with good skin tone. Liposuction is not a replacement for diet or exercise. Liposuction surgery can be performed on several areas of the body at the same time, and it can also be combined with other cosmetic procedures.

Nose Reshaping
The rhinoplasty procedure, commonly, but somewhat less glamorously, known as a "nose job", describes a wide array of techniques performed to sculpt and refine the appearance of your nose. In a rhinoplasty, the nose reshaping can be achieved by reducing or increasing size, changing the shape of the bridge or tip, removing a hump, narrowing the span of the nostrils, changing the angle between the nose and the upper lip, or modifying the dynamic action of the nose. As with any cosmetic surgery or plastic surgery procedure, balance and proportion is always the goal, and rhinoplasty is the paramount example of this; the nose must be internally balanced (the tip should not be too large or prominent relative to the bridge area, or the bump should not dominate a smaller, more refined tip), and the nose must also be in balance with the rest of your facial features.

Thigh Lift

Tummy Tuck
The abdominoplasty, or "tummy tuck" procedure, creates a flatter, firmer abdomen through the removal of excess fat and skin and with the tightening of the abdominal muscles.

Medical Aesthetics

Frown Lines
Injectable treatments are really the true non-surgical "lunchtime" procedures; there is very little or no downtime associated with the majority of these injectable treatments. Where lines, wrinkles and folds on the face are produced by muscle action, Facial Cosmetic can be used to relax the dynamic effects of the muscles.
