The breast augmentation procedure can be performed in a variety of ways, depending on your anatomy, aesthetic goals, and personal preferences. Breast augmentation, sometimes referred to as breast enlargement, can be performed through incisions hidden underneath the arms, around the areolas, or beneath the breasts. The implants are inserted through the incisions and gently positioned so that they appear symmetrical. If one breast is larger than the other, Dr. Lee may be able to correct this asymmetry by using different sized implants.
