Breast Augmentation
Implants used are silicone shells filled with either saline (salt water) or silicone gel (recently approved by the FDA) and are placed behind each breast, underneath either breast tissue or the chest wall muscle. The procedure lasts one to two hours and is typically performed with general anesthesia, although local anesthesia combined with a sedative is also possible.

Facelift (Rhytidectomy)
In time, gravity, sun exposure, and the stresses of daily life take their toll on our faces: deep creases appear beside the nose and mouth, the jawline slackens, and folds and fat deposits appear on the neck. Facelift corrects these aging stigmas by tightening skin and muscles and sculpting fat thereby restoring a fresher, youthful look.

Male Breast Reduction
Gynecomastia is enlarged male breasts due to excess tissue or fat. Enlarged breasts in a man can be a basis for serious psychosocial concern. Men are often embarrassed of their condition and may limit their activity such as playing sports, or going to the gym. Some wear oversized clothes to conceal their deformity. Most enlarged breasts in men are benign in nature. Occasionally, they may be due to hormonal imbalance and appropriate workup should be done prior to any surgical intervention. Most effective way to correct this deformity is surgical ie. Liposuction alone or in combination with surgical removal of glandular tissue and skin.

Nose Reshaping
Rhinoplasty is an outpatient procedure and usually performed under general anesthesia. Dr. Sabry uses the “open” approach where scars are placed inside the nostrils and hidden on the underside of the base. The skin is lifted, the bones cut and cartilages sculpted by adding or removing, and the skin redraped and stitched closed. A splint will be placed outside if bone work is done and inside the nose if septum is corrected to provide support.

Thigh Lift

Tummy Tuck
Abdominoplasty is a surgical procedure that helps to flatten and shape the abdomen and waist by removing excess fat and skin and tightening muscles.
