Breast Augmentation (Breast Enlargement)
Breast augmentation, or Augmentation Mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman’s breast for a number of reasons: To enhance the body contour of a woman who, for personal reasons, feels her breast size is too small; To correct a reduction in breast volume after pregnancy; To balance a difference in breast size; or as a reconstructive technique following breast surgery. By inserting an implant behind each breast, we are able to increase a woman’s bust line by one or more bra cup sizes. Usually, a small incision is made either under the breast, around the areola (the dark skin around the nipple), or in the armpit. A pocket is created for the implant either behind the breast tissue or behind the pectoralis muscle.

Facial Rejuvenation (Facelift)
As people age, the effects of gravity, exposure to the sun, and the stresses of daily life can be seen in their faces. Deep creases form between the nose and mouth; the jaw line grows slack and jowly; folds and fat deposits appear around the neck. A facelift or Rhytidectomy can not stop the aging process. What it can do is “set back the clock,” improving the most visible signs of aging by removing excess fat, tightening underlying muscles, and re-draping the skin of your face and neck. A facelift preformed alone or in conjunction with other procedures such as a forehead lift or eyelid surgery.

Male Breast Reduction
Gynecomastia – Male Breast Reduction – is a medical term that comes from the Greek words for “women-like breasts.” Though this oddly named condition is rarely talked about, it’s actually quite common. Gynecomastia affects an estimated 40 to 60 percent of men. It may affect only one breast or both. For men who feel self-conscious about their appearance, breast-reduction surgery can help. The procedure removes fat and or glandular tissue from the breasts, and in extreme cases removes excess skin, resulting in a chest that is flatter, firmer, and better contoured.

Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty)
Rhinoplasty, or surgery to reshape the nose, is one of the most common of all plastic surgery procedures. Rhinoplasty can reduce or increase the size of your nose, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and your upper lip. It may also correct a birth defect or injury, or help relieve some breathing problems.

Thigh Lift

Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
Abdominoplasty or “tummy tuck,” is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen, and tightens the muscles of the abdominal wall. The procedure can dramatically reduce the appearance of a protruding abdomen.

Medical Aesthetics

Dermal Fillers
As you age, one way your skin changes is by reducing the production of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance that hydrates and thickens your skin. Over time, the loss of hyaluronic acid results in wrinkles and deepening folds like the ones around your mouth. The underlying tissues that keep our skin looking youthful and plumped up begin to break down often leaving facial creases. Injectable fillers can fill in these lines and creases, restoring a more youthful looking appearance. They can fill out deep facial wrinkles, creases and furrows, “sunken” cheeks, skin depressions and some types of scars. They can also be used to add a fuller, more sensuous look to the lips.

Treatment for Wrinkles
Cosmetic Treatment for Wrinkles is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles to temporarily treat frown lines between the brows, the forehead and the smile lines around the eyes. It works by blocking nerve impulses to the injected muscles. This reduces muscle activity that causes those lines to form. Treatment for Wrinkles and Dermal Fillers is a newer medication with a similar mechanism of action. It has been used in many countries for over twenty years.
