My hospital stay was pleasant and I was looked after really well there was no rush for me to leave the following day and I was checked by Mr Muculley before being discharged. I am absolutely delighted with my results I would highly recommend Mr Muculley to anyone who is considering breast augmentation he is a fantastic surgeon who takes complete pride in what he does I am so glad I picked him.

This is truly amazing. I have been wasting thousands on treatment for my deep acne scars. I was recommended to Este by a friend. I was really hesitant as I wasted a lot of money with another clinic like skin destination and private clinics but all took a lot of money off me with no results. Here at Este the price is cheaper and I only have had 1 session where I have seen improvement I have another 7 to go and I am very optimistic. I have been referred to Mr Karoo twice for removal pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions and on both occasions he performed the necessary procedures on an urgent basis as dictated by my condition. I could not have had better treatment or value. Mr Karoo also has special communicative skills and his friendly approach encourages confidence and minimum anxiety. This cascades down to his excellent, dedicated staff who will always go the extra mile to ensure that everything goes smoothly and efficiently to the patients needs and circumstances. I have recently had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my face and a graft done. (Mr Small had completed a similar procedure on my nose in 2019.) Everything was explained upfront and the procedure carried out at my first visit. His expertise is second to none. In fact, from reception right through to the nursing staff and surgical team, you are made to feel welcome and valued. I was an NHS referral on both occasions, but this made no difference to my treatment, it was first class. I am currently having to follow up checks by the nursing team and later, a follow-up phone consultation with the plastic surgeon is scheduled.

Reception staff and the nurse involved were both very friendly and welcoming. Dr Toby Nelson carried out cryotherapy. He explained in detail what would happen and checked that I understood and was happy for him to proceed.
