Eyelid surgery
Age takes away much of the fullness in our upper eyelids, causing the looser skin to fall toward the eyelashes and / or fold backward to create prominent creases. Other conditions created by advancing maturity include fine lines, wrinkles, and under-eye shadows or puffiness. Cosmetic eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty, corrects this appearance of drooping skin and removes any excess fat on the upper eyelid. It does not, however, erase the fine lines at the outer aspects of your eyes: this condition may be treated by placing fat beneath the skin to plump up any creases. The surgery can take different approaches depending on the patient’s situation: sometimes the eyelid skin is augmented using fat from a different area of your body, or a small amount of skin is removed to improve both the eyelid fold and the contours. Some patients elect to have both the upper and lower eyelids improved simultaneously, while others choose to correct one or the other, especially if problems are more apparent in a single area.

Facelift
Mini facelift surgery is one of the most commonly requested facelift procedures. It tackles sagging skin, wrinkles, and other problems on the lower third of your face via small incisions around the ear area, and restores definition to your chin by removing excess tissue and tightening the remainder. The result is a look that compliments your natural beauty and restores your confidence. That’s the surgical version, anyway. But at the London FAMI clinic our mini facelifts provide you with a refreshed and youthful appearance without the scalpels and prolonged recovery time. They will minimise or erase entirely the following age-related facial problems: (i)Minor sagging of the cheeks and jawline (ii)Hollow cheeks (iii)Deep frown and smile lines (iv)Depressions in the skin (v)Scars due to acne or trauma

Neck Lift
As we age, gravity causes the skin on the lower part of the face to sag, causing blurring of the jawline, the appearance of a double chin and laxity on the neck. Highly respected and experienced cosmetic surgeon Dr Roger Amar has been performing neck lift and facial rejuvenation surgery for many years, but as his understanding of the ageing process has developed he has constantly innovated new techniques and procedures that tackle the root cause of ageing. His extensive anatomical knowledge led to precise identification of the platysma muscle in the neck and, with simple microsurgery, he is able to perform a retraction of this muscle, lifting the whole area.

Non-Surgical Facelift
When you’re facial skin starts losing its elasticity, gravity takes its toll in ways you may not be comfortable with. Jowls form, your lower lip becomes more pronounced while the upper one recedes, skin around your eyes begins to loosen, and fine lines develop into wrinkles. At this point many people see a plastic surgeon, unaware that it is possible to have a facelift without surgery. At the London FAMI clinic we are proud practitioners of the FAMI technique, which can restore the three-dimensional contours of your face without resorting to surgical treatment. Sunken cheeks, hollowed temples, nasolabial lines, and the loose skin around your eyes can be treated with your own purified fat and stem cells, giving you a rejuvenated look that is both natural and attractive. Developed by Dr Amar and acclaimed worldwide, FAMI is an innovative and leading-edge anti-ageing treatment that provides you with a beautiful yet completely natural facelift. It can rapidly deliver the following benefits, making you look as young as you feel: (i)Improved volume and muscle tone in the face (ii)Increased circulation, thereby tightening the skin naturally (iii)Brighter and more vibrant complexion (iv)Skin has an enhanced ability to heal

Facial Rejuvenation

Stem Cell Rejuvenation
Stem cell facelifts rejuvenate your face without surgery. They improve the quality and tightness of the skin, restore the face’s shape and contour, and banish uneven colouring caused by the aging process. Stem cells are renowned for their powerful regenerative capacity. When they are combined with your own fat and injected into your face, both the cells and adipose tissues work together to improve the texture and appearance of your skin and add missing volume to your face. The stem cell facelift is an ideal procedure for those who want a more youthful facial appearance without the longer recovery time and potential risks associated with surgical procedures.

Facial Rejuvenation
We all get older- that’s a fact of life. But while we may not be able to stop the oncoming years, we can minimise their impact on our appearance. At the London FAMI clinic we specialise in facial volume restoration treatments that make you look as young as you feel. Say goodbye to the following by-products of facial aging: Deep grooves and wrinkles Smile and frown lines Marionette lines Vertical lines in the lip area Hollow cheeks and temples Reduced volume in the lips The FAMI technique, pioneered and patented by Dr Amar, restores lost volume to your face without using artificial fillers or surgical techniques. Using fat and stem cells taken from your own body, our revolutionary treatment delivers the following benefits: Improved volume and muscle tone in the face Improved facial contours thanks to added volume Brighter and more vibrant complexion The FAMI procedure is different from other fat transfer procedures in that it takes your face’s vascular structure into account while using your own fat tissue and stem cells to restore the lost volume. When required, it can be used in combination with regular cosmetic surgery to correct thin faces and sagging necks.
