He also undertook a prestigious Hand and Microsurgery Fellowship in the United States and achieved UK certification in higher surgical training in plastic surgery in 1996. Over the past 15 years, Sarah has become highly skilled in dermal fillers, facial injectables, skin rejuvenation, and skin tightening procedures. She also serves as the UK and Ireland National Trainer for Ultherapy with Merz Aesthetics, reflecting her recognised expertise in advanced ultrasound-based skin lifting treatments.
