I recently enquired with Mr El Gawad regarding a ptosis of my upper left eyelid. Mr El Gawad’s secretary Rachel was extremely helpful and responded to my enquiry very quickly. She helped me to arrange a video consultation with Mr El Gawad within a day and couldn’t do enough to assist. In my consultation with Mr El Gawad he was very honest in all his advice and what he thought was the best course of action for me. I really felt as though he cared about my health and wanted to help me resolve my issue in the correct way, even though this meant suggesting holding off on surgery for now. As Mr El Gawad suggested I ask my GP for a referral to a neurologist, he was happy to provide me with a letter to assist with this and didn’t ask for a penny in return! I can’t fault the service I have received from both Mr El Gawad and Rachel, should I need further assistance in the future I would not hesitate to come back.
