I am a 38 year old mum to 3 children. My second pregnancy with twins left me with a significant abdominal muscle divarification and excess skin on my tummy. The bulging tummy and excess skin meant I just didn’t feel like myself and had plenty of health niggles as a result of such poor abdominal muscle function - lower back ache, hip pain, poor bowel function.
