So happy with my experience with Dr Caner and his team. From the very first message with Melanie until I left to go home they have done so much for me and looked after me at every step, nothing was a problem, all messages were replied to instantly. Everything was done so quickly and smoothly from transport pick ups to tests at the hospital. Melanie and Emrah are angels! Always on hand for if you need anything and just so nice and friendly which kept me calm and they made it all stress free. The surgery itself WOW 'm so happy with the results and how I'm healing. I am so pleased with my bbl results.after having my previous breast lift surgery with West, I decided to return just recently.running up to my surgery date all my questions and concerns were answered and addressed.once I got to turkey my hotel was so lovely, spotless and had the nicest staff,always willing to help.on the surgery day I was so anxious but my surgery assistant Fatih was so good answering so many questions,she was always smiling and so caring,she really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable, ready to have my surgery.after surgery the care was outstanding, nurses checking up on me very regularly and supplying all medications, food and drink needed. Keeping the room spotless and answering even more questions,so friendly! From the minute I arrived to the minute I left Istanbul I felt really looked after but most importantly safe! Which was really important for me travelling alone. After arriving back to the hotel after surgery and back home now, Fatih has continued to answer all questions promptly and reassure me whatever the time day or night! This has been so settling. 10 days after surgery I felt totally back to normal and completely pain free.I couldn’t recommend and thank West enough and I will definitely be back!

From start to finish, the service and treatment for my gynecomastia from Dr Murat Sarici were excellent. The communication was easy and very fast response times. Any questions were no trouble which made me feel very comfortable. The facilities were perfect. The treatment went well, some minor swelling left but my life has been changed now and I can't thank the team enough for all they have done. The cost was a fraction of the price in the UK and the service was what I can imagine as being unsurpassable. Highly recommended.
