I am 46 years young from U.K. and a father of two. I have been considering to get rid of fat around my belly for a while. So I started with the swimming for about a year but not a very noticeable result. Then around 16 months ago I joined a local gym I lost nearly 20 kgs, until recently I was 85 kg, my height is 6ft. I was much happier with my look but still there were some parts of my sides (flanks) and mid of my belly not easy to get rid of. Hence why I started thinking of liposuction. I did two consultations here in the U.K. they said you will get a good result but the price was around £9.000. I then looked to do it in Turkey. Via WhatClinic I found so many surgeons till I narrowed it to few, I decided on Dr Alper Tuncel in Istanbul. Usually I don’t leave any reviews on things like this but I thought might help others who are reluctant to do this step which I was from beginning. Via WhatsApp I contacted Dr Alper’s clinic. Soon after I was contacted by Ferit who deals with international patients and after agreeing on the area’s I wanted to be treated and soon after we agreed on the price and the date of surgery, I traveled to Istanbul on 28/12/18. Me and my wife were picked up in Airport by Ferit, he made us very welcome and looked very professional and like a very honest person. He took us to our hotel, very nice hotel in 4 Levant area, close to shops restaurants and shopping Malls. On the 29th in the morning Ferit picked us up and took us to the Hospital Cenrtrium. We met with Dr Alper who is very professional, very understanding and very good listener. We agreed to do liposuction on belly, flanks, backsides and chest. I stayed in the hospital until around 7:30 pm then went to the surgery and came out around 11:30 pm! He took nearly 4 litres of fat, my wife was waiting for me, when they brought me out. I was very cold but my wife with the help of the other staff they started to nurse me. Straight after the surgery Dr Alper came to my suit to check on me and for reassuring that everything was good, at 2:00 am I did my first little walk which it was not easy. I felt very dizzy, at 3:00 am I had my first meal which I was very hungry and I finished it all, they did nearly 15 minutes walk, felt bruised and tired, on 30th Dr Alper came back to do his last check before I leave the hospital, he was very happy with the surgery and the way I felt too. We left the hospital around 3:00pm went back to the hotel with Ferit, same night we went for shopping Mall around our hotel we stayed out till 10:30pm. I should admit I thought before the surgery I will not be able to go out probably for couple of days but I felt perfectly normal to walk and all this down for my Wife’s help. If it was not for her I don’t think I will be able to do what I was doing, she didn’t let me to bend, she was dressing me, putting socks on putting my shoes on, she was a very very good help and a very good company. On our 5 remaining days in Istanbul we went to visit most of the attractions, Ferit took us by his car as good generous gesture to Sultanahmet mosque, which it was very nice from him, it was a very nice day, we went on the boat too, we really enjoyed our time in Istanbul, on 2/1/19 we had our last meeting with Dr Alper in his surgery, he was very happy with the last outcome. Of course I’m still healing and he advised it will take around 6 months till you will see the real result. He was very happy to answer all my questions and from my wife. On the 3rd of January at 5:30 am we were picked up by Ferit to go back to Airport. I was very happy with all the service I received from Ferit, I definitely give him 100 out of 100. Dr Alper I recommend him to anyone, already we are in touch with Ferit for further treatments for a member of my family. Now I’m nearly 8 days post my surgery however I'm still stiff, swollen and bruised. It's not very easy to go in and out of the car, walking is not a problem though. I can already see the difference in my look, I’m glad I have done it. First thanks to my wife then to to Ferit and Dr Alper and hospital staff.

It is honoured me that to meet Tamer Sakrak and their crew. About 1 year I look for a good surgeon because of my operation. Finally, I found him and his crew. They always call me and ask me about my health. Therefore they are very good persons and profession about their work and very famous in Turkey and Europa.

My surgery was about three weeks ago, and I have to say I'm really happy with the result and also with the whole experience. First of all, the hotel is a very high standard, and the staff is always helpful. They speak very good English and always there to help. The surgery itself went quickly and well. I felt like in good hands. The nurses took good care of me after my operation. They are very helpful and friendly. My overall experience was very good, from the start to the end. I would definitely recommend NILL'S ESTHETIC CENTER to everyone who wants a new version of themselves.

Great experience! It is definitely worth the money to get the procedure done, it is a major confidence booster! The staff is also awesome as well. They walk you through surgery to make it as seamless as possible. I would definitely recommend anybody looking for hair transplantation to hit up this office!
