From initial enquiry to surgery to after care the team is exceptional. Found them on Instagram and made my enquiry. Response was timely. Customer service support is very friendly. Did my arms and I’m satisfied. I would recommend this clinic to anyone wanting to do this type of surgery.

Even though I'm still in the recovery process because it's only a month since surgery the help after post surgery has been awesome. They get back to me for every query I have. I waited a month post surgery to make this review to be sure that my feedback was well informed. Everybody was lovely and and helpful throughout the whole process. I had a driver to and from every location as needed (airport, hotel, hospital, groceries). Merve was there to answer all of my questions when I was feeling nervous, was there at the hospital with me, and even helped me with groceries.

Elif who accompanied Merve on occasions was so sweet and answered to me day and night. Dr Z. Ulaş Bali performed my surgery so well and I am extremely happy with my results so far. My breasts are bigger than I initially wanted but they frame my body amazingly! Everything looks natural and perfected which is the look I asked for. The week stay at Cevahir Asia Hotel was both beautiful and comfortable. The staff were helpful, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Although I was nervous about surgery I can say a month later that it was completely worth it and I'm healing up very well.

Just be sure to do your research beforehand and follow all of the surgeons instructions as it is vital to your healing. I suffered a haematoma the day after surgery because I was moving around too much and using my arms against my surgeons instructions. This was quickly rectified the same evening to which I am very thankful. I am looking forward to the finished results and will be leaving another review in about six months to a year. A big thank you to everyone at Sarmed Clinic!!! 100% recommended.

I had my Gynecomastia surgery and experienced Sarmed clinic service. I witnessed a very professional service along with amazing results. The support given by the coordinator Merve was amazing and highly appreciated and the surgeon.

So many clinics in Turkey to choose from when considering surgery and very easy to become overwhelmed with information. However none of these issues with Sarmed clinic. Merve talked me through every step and there to explain every even minor query you may have. The hotel and hospital were first-rate and the staff extremely kind and caring. I cannot recommend the clinic enough. My surgeon Dr Bali was reassuring and his experience and skill as a surgeon were instantly recognisable.

From the hotel to the hospital it was a high-level service and accommodation. Merve was with me to the end, until the check-up date through and through. The hospital staff was excellent and gave me true professional service, especially Dr. Ulaş, he is a kind-hearted but brilliant man who strives for the best possible outcome. Overall I am totally satisfied with their service.

If you are worried about flying to Turkey for surgery don’t be! Was the best decision I made. As soon as I arrived in turkey I was looked after by Merve and her team. Everyone was so helpful. Merve was with me through the full journey and was amazing I couldn’t have done it without her. I had a full tummy tuck and Vaser Lipo. Surgery went great and 6 weeks later even better the results are outstanding more than I could have asked for. Dr Ulaş Bali was just the best. Thanks to him and all the staff.

I had breast enlargement surgery. After months of research and planning, I chose Sarmed clinic. Communication with the clinic was brilliant from the start, all questions were answered quickly and efficiently. When I arrived in Istanbul, Merve meet me at the airport. She couldn’t be any more helpful, once again answering all questions. The surgeon was lovely and accommodating, once again happy to answer all questions. First I inquired about many clinics (more than 5) in Turkey for Liposuction surgery and I found Sarmed Clinic has reasonable prices even including everything to facilitate my companion too.

Merve, the international patient coordinator, contacted me just a few minutes after my inquiry to the clinic. She sent me all the details about the surgery, the whole process and procedures and how it works. She was very approachable, she answered all my inquiries very fast and timely. All the information and transactions had very good transparency that I didn't have any doubt about working with Sarmed Clinic.

The Sarmed Clinic was flexible with my schedule. I was provided with all transport between the airport, the hotel and the hospital with very comfortable vehicles.

The hotel and the hospital are both amazing. Merve arranged for me a video consulting session with the surgeon before the surgery. Surgeon, Dr. Ulas, is very experienced and he explained the procedure to me again. I was a bit nervous as this is my first surgery but with all the help of Sarmed Clinic, I was able to successfully go through the surgery and 5 litres of fat has been removed. :O

The surgeon, Merve and the Sarmed Clinic provided good care for myself after the surgery, I was able to go sightseeing and shopping in Turkey just after two days of my surgery. :) I am recovering happily and too excited to see the results. Thank you Sarmed Clinic.....
