I cannot recommend Dr. Ali Çetinkaya enough. From the very first consultation to the final result, the entire process was absolutely outstanding.

The results of my Deep Plane Facelift, Necklift, and Liplift are fantastic — natural, harmonious, and exactly what I wanted. I look refreshed and significantly younger, but still completely like myself.

What sets Dr. Çetinkaya apart is the complete optimisation of every single step — pre-op, during surgery, and especially post-operative care. Three years ago I had a Temporal Lift with another doctor. After the surgery, I didn’t sleep the entire night, was discharged the next morning, and had to walk to the pharmacy myself while completely exhausted to buy medication. The difference here is night and day.

With Dr. Çetinkaya, I stayed two full days in the clinic, received all necessary medications directly, and was also given high-quality supplements including enzymes and Quercetin to support the healing process. This level of comprehensive care is something I have not experienced elsewhere.

The Antwell Hotel in Istanbul was fantastic — a beautiful and spacious apartment. The 24/7 medical station and the dedication of the entire team were exceptional. Nurse Ayşe in particular was outstanding: she was there at 7:00 in the morning and still available at 00:30 at night when my blood pressure rose and we needed to adjust the medication.

You can clearly see that the whole team works extremely hard — 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week — and yet they are always friendly, attentive, and fully committed. My deepest respect for that.

Dr. Ali is the most meticulous and precise surgeon. He spent time explaining what should be done, what I could expect and what was reasonable. We agreed on deep plane facelift, necklift, brow lift and temporal lift. He also did a revision rhinoplasty on me. I had a lot of asymmetry in my face, and the doctor explained what he could realistically fix. I went for four different facelift consults, and ultimately decided on Dr. Ali because in his before and after photos, his patients not only looked younger, they looked prettier. He doesn't have a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. I also saw that all of his patients had incredible aftercare. I was travelling alone to Turkey, and I wanted to know that I would be well taken care of.

From the moment I stepped off of the plane, Dr. Ali's team was by my side. A nurse even came with me for my pre-op appointment and registration at the hospital. A nurse was with me both nights in the hospital, and I even had a nurse come back to the hotel with me after surgery. Ayse (after-care nurse) was so kind and caring, and came to check my incisions every day at the hotel. I have had multiple surgeries in the United States, and I never had care that was even remotely close to this.

On my seventh day after surgery, the doctor sat and talked to me about my recovery and my surgery, and he really spent a lot of time making sure I was heard and cared for. The entire team - Ecem, Gizam, Sami, Lola, Aysi and Inci made my trip and surgery very special.

Oh...my results! Everyone says I look 15 years younger, but that I look the same. All scars are so well hidden, and the doctor is a master at stitching. I am thrilled with my results. I have attached before-and-after photos of my nose.

When starting the process, the team couldn't be quicker in their responses to help you get started.
Dr Ali makes you a personal plan and quote from your current photos using his experience and expertise.
We set up a video call to discuss further, which really helped, and I decided to go ahead with the booking, which includes transfers, hotel and hospital on top of your surgeries. All of which we're fantastic.
When you arrive, you have a face-to-face with Dr Ali and get all your tests done before you can proceed with your chosen surgeries. Dr Ali is very calming and applies no pressure; he wants you to be happy and get the best possible outcome. The hospital is great, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is great, and the breakfast included really helps you build yourself back up, aiding recovery.
After your surgeries, you are seen daily by nurse Ayşe (who is also amazing) at your hotel to track your progress, answer any questions and be as helpful as humanly possibly. Plus Dr Ali checks in on you and does a final review before you leave.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend Dr Ali and his team to anyone thinking about plastic surgery.

I'm still recovering as it's only been a little over a week, but my results look amazing. I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to see once all the swelling has gone down.

From start to finish Dr Ali and the whole team are informative, helpful and with you every step of the way.
The whole process is seamless, and they take very good care of you and set up a WhatsApp group with the nurses to answer any questions or worries you have before, during and after your op.
The hotel is well used to dealing with medical patients, and the staff are very discreet and supportive.
You are given instructions on what to do pre and post op and guidelines to follow to help your post op healing.
The contact does not stop once you get home; they are always there for you.
It’s a very big step and you should ask many questions beforehand and remember you will need time to rest and recover afterwards.

I visited Dr Ali and his team at the end of January/ beginning of February for a facelift, neck lift, temporal lift, lip lift and rhinoplasty. The whole process was very well organized and my results are absolutely incredible! I never believed I could look this good! The hospital was spotless, and the nurses checked on me constantly. The Antwell hotel was lovely, and I was seen by the nurse every day at the hotel. Dr Ali really is an incredibly skilled surgeon, and also a very kind man. I can’t recommend him and his team enough!
