My overall experience has been great and the communication has been excellent! If I am honest I had better care during my breast surgery than I did in England having my children. I even got to meet Dr Gorkem, he came to welcome me personally which I found very touching. Dilara (Dr Gorkem Astal's assistant) gives a world-class service throughout. She even gave me emotional support as I travelled alone! Even the night staff couldn’t do enough for you, their English was limited however there is someone always on stand by if needed. I was actually sad to leave! Since I’ve been home we have been in regular contact which is very important to me as I suffer from anxiety and honestly I couldn’t have asked for better service throughout. I went to Cevre Hospital last week to get under eye and lip filler. I am so so pleased with my result! She exceeded my expectations and made my lips even better than I expected! She worked quick and ensured I was fine throughout the whole procedure. Her clinic is very professional as is she and her assistant. Both glamorous young ladies who I would definitely recommend visiting!

I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. I travelled from the UK to get chin and jaw liposuction with Dr.Ferhat and the whole experience was amazing I would recommend anyone wanting this procedure to book in with Dr Ferhat! I have previously had this procedure done in Istanbul 3 years ago and it did not work. I also got nerve damage from this and wasn’t able to smile properly for 6 months following, which was my biggest worry about getting the procedure done again. However, I’ve had a completely different experience this time round and I’ve had no issues with nerve damage. My jawline is now defined and I have no saggy skin. It is obvious that Dr Ferhat is very experienced in this procedure and all his staff are very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe in Dr Ferhat's clinic and I am so happy with my results already I’m only 4 days post-op! Also if anyone is thinking of having this procedure but is worried about the pain, don’t be!! It’s totally pain-free just the obvious swelling but worth it! Dr Ferhat and his coordinator speak perfect English so there will be no problems with communication. Thank you to Dr Ferhat and his team I am so happy with my results.
