Nasal Tip Surgery Besiktas

My Rhinoplasty experience from the UK (Male) I did alot of research online before I went ahead as we all do. I decided to go with Dr Guray as he did have good reviews and has good experience from what I could see. The staff were quiet good with communication from the start aswell. I had a consultation online where I could ask questions and felt the Dr's English was very good and that is important when travelling abroad and when trying to communicate what it is you would like doing and your ideas. I paid for the package with the transfers and hotel included, you can probably get cheaper doing yourself but I couldn't be bothered to all that like I normally do as it was stressful enough without doing all of that. On arrival to the airport I was picked up after a little problem locating the driver, maybe 15 minutes. The pick up was in a Mercedes van which was ok but air con could be better and the offer of a bottle of water would just make the experience a little better I think, just the little extra touches would go a long way I think. The driver didn't speak great English but communication was pleasant and no problems. I wa staken for blood tests and a covid test then to the hotel which was close by to the hospital, all ok clean and pretty safe area to be. I got picked up in the morning and taken to the hospital to pay and to get more bloods done and prepared for the op. Some waiting around but to be expected no problems there. The doctor came to see me before and I showed some pictures of my ideas and what I like but you can't get the exact nose you have to trust in the Dr as he knows what's possible and what's not. The hospital staff were good and the most painful thing was the catheter needle in the hand. After the surgery the Dr came to see me and said it went well. It's not painful afterwards I would say just uncomfortable like stuffy and swollen. The first week is probably the worst but once you get the splints our of the nose it's easier to breath through the nose. Hotel food was nice and breakfast was good. Plenty of water and rest I would say but slow walking did help me with swelling to get the blood circulating. Communication in this week of recovery was with Nur who is your go to if you have problems and knows about your medication and stuff. You are left to your own devices I would say unless you have any problems then just have to get through on your own unless you have someone to stay with you in the hotel. It's not to bag tho I would say. I went to get the cast off and spoke with the Dr who was happy with the result. Hard to say what you think because you don't get much time to look and it doesn't really feel like your nose it's like someone's stuck a false nose on lol. But it sthen taped and it did look nice I have to say. Bleeding was about 2 maybe 3 days but nothing to bad, it does stop. Off to the airport and back home, overall my first ever operation and out of the country it wasn't to bad and I was happy with the experience but I have given 4 stars because they can always do better and improve things, like the little things would just make it that bit more of a better experience I think. It's been 2 months and the swelling has reduced alot but my tip is still hard and swollen but alot better than after month 1. I can't really judge the final result for 1 year so hard to say but so far I'm happy and it does seem to change alot over time, so like most people say just give it time, at one point I didn't like it. The swelling is worse in the morning and the salt spray is good to keep your nose moist and I think it helps my swelling. I didn't tape after the 7 days I had it on just slept elevated. Dr. Güray is a very kind, genuine person and would say he cares about his patients. I felt like he was actually listening which made me feel comfortable. Thank you to Dilara and Nur who supported me during my time in Turkey and are always on text if needed. Overall I would recommend if you are thinking of using Dr Guray.

Grateful Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were their family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. They made my breasts beautiful and now my self-esteem has increased. I was blessed with the entire DR.CINIK team. Now my dream has come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I recommend it to everyone who dreams of perfect results like mine.
