He was born on 2 January 1979 in Adana. After completing his secondary and high school education in Adana Anatolian High School, he entered Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1997. In 2003, Turkmsic won the "International Medical Student Committee" examination and completed part of his medical education "in Moscow Sklifasovski Hospital. In 2004, Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine Plastic Surgery Clinic started as a reference. In the same year she was trained in microsurgery at Sisli Etfal Hospital.
In 2008, she received training in facial stretching and body shaping at Oymak Plastic Surgery Clinic. In 2009 he worked as a fellow at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
His thesis study on non-ectopic (microtia) patients in 2009 was published as a scientific article in the international journal "Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery". Between 2009 and 2011, he completed his obligatory service in Batman. In 2011 he served at the Special World Hospital.
