İlker Beşmart is a CRM Specialist and Data Manager at Yeşilköy Tıp Merkezi in Istanbul, Türkiye, a role he has held since December 2024. He builds and optimizes the organization's CRM infrastructure, focusing on Bitrix24 customization, automation, customer segmentation, and reporting/dashboard design. He has also led the integration of digital advertising platforms like Meta and Google Ads with Bitrix24 to centralize lead management, and works closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve customer experience.
