Located in Istanbul, Dr. Gökhan Semerci Clinic is a specialised Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery clinic welcoming patients from the UK, Europe and around the world. The clinic is led by Op. Dr. Gökhan Semerci, a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon with a distinguished academic and surgical background. He graduated from Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, one of Turkey’s most established medical schools, and achieved an outstanding 35th-place nationwide ranking in Turkey’s highly competitive Medical Specialisation Examination (TUS).
As part of his professional development, Dr. Semerci gained international experience in Switzerland, where he further developed his experience in microsurgery and advanced surgical techniques. He is also a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), maintaining an active connection with the international aesthetic plastic surgery community.
Dr. Semerci’s practice has a particular focus on body contouring, post-weight-loss surgery, breast aesthetics and facial aesthetic surgery. Procedures include tummy tuck, 360° liposuction, body lift, BBL, arm and thigh lift, breast augmentation, breast lift and reduction, rhinoplasty, facelift, neck lift and eyelid surgery.
Rather than following a standardised approach, every patient is assessed individually. Surgical plans are created according to the patient’s anatomy, medical history, previous procedures, expectations and individual needs, with careful attention to proportion, surgical planning and patient safety.

Our experienced international patient team coordinates each stage of the journey so patients can feel supported before, during and after their treatment.
We offer comprehensive treatment packages designed specifically for patients travelling to Istanbul. Depending on the selected treatment, arrangements may include hospital care, pre-operative assessments, 5-star hotel accommodation, private airport and hospital transfers, postoperative garments, medications, nursing care and aftercare services.
Behind Dr. Semerci is a large and dedicated team consisting of international patient coordinators, hospital coordinators, nurses and aftercare professionals. From the first enquiry and medical assessment to arrival in Istanbul, hospital admission, surgery and recovery, each stage is carefully coordinated.
Aftercare is an essential part of our patient journey. Support does not end when surgery is completed. Patients receive postoperative assistance throughout their stay in Istanbul and continued follow-up after returning home, allowing communication with the clinic and surgical team throughout their recovery.
