Dr. Biner completed his education at Ankara Science High School and Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine (English), followed by specialist training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Bursa Uludağ University. He has also worked at Kdz. Ereğli State Hospital.
