I had my third revision surgery with Dr. Niyazi about a month ago. I had already chosen to consult him because of his successful results in revision surgeries. I can now say with complete peace of mind that I made the right decision.

Thanks to Dr. Niyazi, I finally got rid of a nose that had been my regret for 17 years. He is kind, genuinely skilled, realistic, not one of those doctors who make empty promises, and a true perfectionist. I should also mention his obsession with symmetry, because I think that is incredibly important when it comes to rhinoplasty. :)

I’ve been in Turkey for 9 days for a septorhinoplasty with Dr Nyazi. I carefully picked him after lots of research online based on his reviews and results. Amazing experience - So happy!!

In October 2025, I flew over to Istanbul from the UK for my Primary Rhinoplasty from Dr Niyazi. The whole experience was 10/10, I am so happy with my results now at 6 months post op and the positive effect it has had on my confidence. All the instructions were clearly set out on WhatsApp prior to my arrival, the clinic itself was so clean, and the team were so welcoming. My consultation was brilliant, and Dr Niyazi listened exactly to what I wanted my result to be like, which was my nose, but better! I wanted a natural result, with not too much of a defined tip and my nose now is that exactly! I felt totally at ease in the days leading up to my surgery; the hospital was very clean, and the staff were all friendly. Dr Niyazi came to see me before my surgery to finalise everything, and I got taken down for my surgery. I was nervous as this was my first time under anaesthetic, but the nurses made me feel so at ease. When Dr Niyazi came to see me post-surgery and showed me my new nose, I was so emotional because I couldn't believe that it was real. He had done an amazing job. My recovery was so easy, I stayed in Istanbul 5 days at the Radisson Blu hotel near the clinic. I was in contact with Dr Niyazi's team the entire time, who were there to answer any of my queries. I had some swelling for the first 3 days, and then after that, not so much. I had very light yellow bruising on days 5 to 7 post op, which disappeared very quickly. I was checking in with the team via WhatsApp and sending over photos of my nose when required, and I followed all the instructions. Even at 2 weeks post op, my nose looked amazing, and the swelling has slowly disappeared since then, and it has become more defined. I would give 10 stars if I could, an absolutely life-changing experience for me, I can't thank Dr Niyazi and his team enough!

I honestly never thought I would travel abroad for surgery, but somehow I came across Dr. Niyazi Altıntoprak — and I’m so grateful that I did.

Revision rhinoplasty is such a big and emotional decision, especially when you’ve already gone through one surgery before. I had things I wanted to improve, but I also didn’t fully realise how many underlying issues there actually were until Dr. Niyazi carefully assessed everything. He ended up correcting not only the aesthetic concerns, but also functional problems I didn’t even know I had — I genuinely didn’t realise my breathing wasn’t optimal until now.

Exactly what I had hoped for, but even better than I imagined. And somehow, it also made my whole face look more refreshed and youthful, which was such an unexpected bonus.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Niyazi, and the result is exactly what I wanted. I am currently 5.5 months post-op, and most of the swelling has already gone down significantly.
The anaesthesia was very difficult for me personally, and my recovery from it was quite hard. Dr. Niyazi immediately arranged for a doctor to come to my hotel and provided an IV drip free of charge. After that, I had no further complications.
I only experienced one issue which is a minor purulent inflammation related to my previous septum condition. I contacted the doctor online, followed his recommendations with a prescribed cream, and it resolved without further problems.
It is extremely important to strictly follow all post-operative instructions. If you do everything carefully and exactly as recommended, the healing process goes smoothly.
When my cast was first removed, I was honestly very upset; my nose looked huge and swollen. Even 2 moths post op it was kinda ugly 😭. However, by the 3-month mark, I was already in love with the result. Patience is key.
The price was fair and reasonable, and the doctor is honest, professional, and has a clear aesthetic vision.
Before rhinoplasty, my breathing was good overall, but when I inhaled strongly, my nostrils would collapse. Now I breathe just as well, but the nostrils no longer fully collapse when I inhale.
My nose was naturally asymmetrical, and Dr. Niyazi did everything possible to improve its symmetry while keeping it natural.
Overall I am happy with my decision and my result.

The doctor:
When I discovered Dr. Niyazi's Instagram page, I knew I wanted a rhinoplasty by him, 10000% sure. Many factors caught my attention: the noses were so perfect and beautiful. The photos were so natural, feminine and cute.

How is he? Dr. Niyazi has a kind and smooth personality. He listens and also gives advice. He explained what would best suit my face and also listened to my wishes. We talk and exchange ideas.

Based on my own experience (my surgery was a revision), he gives the best noses in Turkey. He takes care of every detail.

I have the pleasure of meeting his beautiful wife, she is also a doctor. She applied hyperhydrating injections in my face, leaving my face super soft and glowing, so it's nice that they offer other options in the clinic. They have a nice team and offer nice options to complement the Holiday in Türkiye.

Hospital:
The hospital is very beautiful and very clean. Loved the nurses! They took very good care of me: they checked on me very punctually, put on ice, gave me water, always smiling. The night was so smooth, I was very surprised!!! Usually, the first night post op is awful, this was not the case: It was a very calm night.

Staff:
His team is very attentive and communicative, Esra is the sweetest girl. Smiling, listening, very organized girl. Super Kind.

Meri my assistant, was watching over me every day of this entire process, since I arrived in Istanbul, since I came out of the surgery, since I was in the hotel, since I returned to my country, since the first weeks and now that months passed.

Everything was organized and superb: answering every one of my questions and sending very useful information about all the next steps, which gave me so much peace of mind and security. You feel their interest in you all the time. Thank you forever.

Nose before:
Why did I get my nose done? Well, all my life I've had a very deviated septum, breathing problems, and a slightly deviated nose. I always thought I wanted to correct those details and have surgery. I decided to have my first surgery in my country, but I wasn't convinced by the results, aside from the fact that my breathing problems returned (memory of the cartilage).

Then I discovered that Türkiye is TOP country for cosmetic surgery and that they're magicians with rhinoplasties. So, I decided to have my first revision surgery in Türkiye. I was very happy. For the first time in my life, my nose was functional! But aesthetically, it was very conservative with a very low angle, and I did want a more upturned nose: I missed that.

Getting a nose job isn't an easy decision. You can imagine how nervous I was about having another rhinoplasty! Many questions run through your head: What if something happens to my breathing? What if I don't like it later? What should I do?

After analysing it, I decided to get a new revision rhinoplasty for an Upturned nose. One day, Dr. Niyazi's profile popped up on my feed, and I just thought: What are these noses???!!! They're very beautiful, cute, and perfect. Who's the artist?

I was sure this was the nose I wanted, and that's when I immediately made the decision to go to Dr. Niyazi and get a perfect nose!!

Results:
After the surgery, seeing the result on the cast, I was speechless. He gave me the most beautiful, cute nose ever. This is my best and definitive nose. This is it, this is exactly what I wanted. I'm over the moon for my new nose and new face (yup, that’s the power of rhinoplasty, it changes the whole face), my change is very noticeable. I feel brand new, refreshed!

Immediately, this happiness transformed into tremendous self-confidence, self-esteem, motivation, and lots of selfies.

Since I was already breathing perfectly, I told Dr. Niyazi that one of my fears/concerns was breathing. But Dr. Niyazi took care of every detail, and my breathing is simply perfect: for sleeping, for the gym, for hiking, running, 100% perfect breathing.

He is an ENT doctor; my breathing is simply perfect. Thank you, my doctor, for giving me this functional nose and preserving my breathing.

Post-op:
The post-op: compared to my previous surgeries, I must say that Dr Niyazi is my best so far:
Sleeping comfortably, breathing perfectly, taking selfies again, the peace of mind of being able to continue with so many things in my life: a thousand things of my University!!! Being able to focus on my things, listening to music, and knowing that Meri responds attentively to whatever I need.

One more time, Dr Niyazi, thank you so much for your talent and for giving me these fabulous results. You are the best doctor. Skilled, talented, kind and super professional.
