Doctor Ceran is very informative. He performed my revision rhinoplasty surgery. He took care of me from my arrival in Istanbul to my return to Germany with Haute Clinique. Dr. Ilker is not only a good surgeon but he's an amazing human being he made me feel so comfortable and was a very good listener. I was very scared after my operation as my nose was so upturned but slowly it's healing and I'm loving the results. Also the whole experience was amazing from airport pickup to hotel transfers and the hospital is so clean and the service there is so good. And the post-op service is also very good they are quick to respond to my concerns and they make me feel at ease.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first moment I contacted Fiona, I knew they were the company for me, she had also had the surgery and talked me through the surgery process and life afterwards. Arriving in Izmir just confirmed everything else, the pre-op tests were amazingly thorough have found out that I have an underactive thyroid and this could account for symptoms I was worried about but fobbed off at home and blamed on my weight. I’d been worried about the language barrier but I’m so grateful for the TrustMed team even though the nurses had limited English, the TrustMed team were there to translate everything for me and my companion. The care they took for my companion went above and beyond, constantly kept my sister up to date and even took my wife’s number to call her at home. They are an amazing team, hardworking and considerate. The aftercare is amazing, rapid response and so insightful. I highly recommend this wonderful team if you're thinking about having surgery. Looking forward to being a new and healthier me.

I visited Alan Clinic due to a concern that I had with an existing temporary crown and what appeared to be an abscess above it. My dental hygiene has been poor for far too long and I was quite embarrassed actually to go, but I'd put things off for far too long. The care I have received throughout the extensive work required has been exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. The result I have now, is a healthier mouth, a smile that I'm actually proud of and most of all I'm pain free whilst eating and drinking. I always say the same thing to my children and that is 'look after your teeth kids'.....my advice if you need to have dentistry work is don't hesitate to head over to Alan Clinic in İstanbul. You'll be in exceptional hands. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had a very good experience with this dentist! They did an amazing job on my teeth and they are all so kind and care so much for their patients. All the doctors that worked with me were really careful and treated me right! I won't lie though the only reason I put 4 stars is because they took too long to work on me. But with the outcome it was worth the wait. The lady that set up my appointment and assisted me was so sweet and did a great job with customer service (her name is Sally). Overall I definitely recommend this place to others who are looking for a change in their appearance but don't know who to go to, you should for sure check this place out!!!
