Upper and lower blepharoplasty/eyelid surgery

Had upper and lower blepharoplasty. Clinic staff were great, very friendly and professional. Dr Esbry carried out my surgery. What a lovely man, great consultation told me everything I needed to know. Had my surgery 2 weeks ago, the op went great, had obvious bruising a swelling for no more than 10 days. The results are fabulous, if I say so myself...It's difficult knowing where to go and who to trust, but as an aesthetic nurse myself, I would not hesitate in recommending him. Thank you so much.

The clinic and room was very nice

Medcare staff were always very friendly. We did have one or two mix-ups but they were soon sorted. The staff at Vista Hermosa were friendly and efficient and always available. A week after surgery everything is looking good. The Clinic and room was very nice. The only downside was the food. We are not fussy eaters but it was awful. Fortunately our stay was short.

Women's Health Consultation

A Medcare Well Woman check includes a cervical smear test and advice on lifestyle, contraception and HRT when necessary.

There will also be a check for urinary tract diseases, which are more likely to affect women than men. Urinary tract infections often don’t display symptoms, but if left untreated they can cause serious kidney disease. Mammograms are available on request.

Psychologist and psychotherapist Steve Ashley has been with Medcare since we opened in 2005. He is a graduate psychologist with a post-graduate qualification in psychotherapy, holding registrations with the London-based UK Council for Psychotherapists, the European Association of Psychotherapy in Vienna, the Ministry of Science and Innovation in Madrid and the Official College of Psychotherapists in Valencia. Steve holds weekly surgeries in the Medcare clinics. He deals with problems such as depression, child sexual and physical abuse, addictions, bereavement and rape. Steve was instrumental in setting up the Samaritans for English speakers in Spain.
