I went with my friend who had a face lift and I had lower eye surgery. Very nice surgeon and staff, the clinic is very clean and mac is so helpful and puts you at ease. The price is brilliant and they do not skip any corners! Highly recommend

This procedure is recommended to patients who wish to reshape their thighs by removing the excess skin and fat from that part of the body. It is often performed among people who, after some major weight loss, are left with loose and unpleasantly looking skin, but also among those who are simply not satisfied with the way their thighs look.  Thighs lift is done under general anesthesia and lasts from 2 to 3 hours. An incision patterns differ, however the most common technique is a cut in the groin, extending downward wrapping around the back of the thigh. The surgeon determines what is appropriate to each, particular case. Deep, supportive sutures close the skin incisions. The results are visible instantly, however the final effect may be seen after the swelling and bruising are gone. After several months you will enjoy smoother, tighter contouring and improved skin condition both in appearance and feel. What is more, the results are long lasting and relatively permanent.

The pre-initial consultation with our cosmetic surgeon is performed via e-mail. Patients provide our English speaking Patient's Coordinator with photographs of the areas they would like to correct. I had my gaul bladder removed by key hole surgery the treatment I received was excellent from the doctors and nurses to the coordinators and the drivers I had a thorough pre-op on Friday had my operation Saturday stayed in overnight then back to my hotel on Sunday and finally flew home Monday. The whole experience was excellent and I would recommend the clinic to anyone.

So I have been on a weight loss journey since 2019 and lost over 7stone, I was very unhappy with my body, it effected me physically and mentally then I decided enough is enough I did the gym and I felt good after but I was not seeing any change other than getting more sore under my tummy. I looked at UK price and abroad prices which it is so much cheaper "I kept being told cheaper doesn't mean better" and how wrong could they be! On the 7th sep 22 I had a tummy tuck with liposuction I was not nervous or scared as I joined the Facebook group where people were honest. There were picture's before and after, information, video's, stories, which was very helpful at putting my mind and family and friends at ease. It was amazing value. Me and my partner got picked up and taken to the new apartments for free. We were shown around and the taxi drivers will take you anywhere and will inform you of when they will pick you up to take you to the clinic. I choose the clinic as through sending emails they were very clear and informative. Other clinic's were happy to do multiple operations at once and Doctor Adam's said no and explain why. He is very honest as I said about other areas and he said the only difference you will see will be in you bank account, which I was then sold. He was the one. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The clinic was clean well lit and very inviting. I am that happy I am going back to get an arm lift and I would recommend 100%.

Went to Dr Rataj clinic for gynecomastia surgery. Overall experience was exceptional, good communication throughout my stay in Poland. I didn’t use the travel package as my family are from Poland so I was able to get from A to B myself and Eveline was very clear about where to meet and explaining the whole procedure to me. I had my surgery in October and I must say the clinic was extremely clean and definitely COVID secure, all staff following protocols and ensuring patients are too. Over a month after surgery I am all healed up and happy with the results. Swelling has gone, small pain when lifting but this is improving gradually over time. Would I do it all again knowing what I know now? 100%. I am much more confident with my appearance now. Thank you Eveline, Dr Rataj and the rest of the team
