In May 2026, I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Piniara and buccal fat removal with Dr. Velimvasakis at Antiagers and I had a wonderful experience as well as fantastic results. I can confirm that they are both incredible physicians, surgeons, and artists. From the very first consultation till the last follow-up appointment, they were professional, welcoming, and great at communicating and answering all my concerns. I felt comfortable going into surgery from both a medical/safety as well as an aesthetic standpoint. I wanted a more defined facial appearance while still looking natural, and my results exceeded my expectations. Before surgery, I had breathing problems from my left nostril due to a deviated septum, enlarged turbinate, and unsupported tip, and all the issues were addressed during surgery. Within two weeks postop I was able to breathe better through my left nostril than before surgery.
