Prof. Dr. Mirko Ivkić is a specialist in otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery, with subspecialist expertise in head and neck plastic surgery. Throughout his distinguished career, he has combined clinical excellence, academic leadership, and research, becoming a recognized authority in head and neck surgery, reconstructive procedures, and aesthetic medicine. Until 2018, Prof. Dr. Ivkić served as Head of the Department of Head Surgery at Sestre milosrdnice University Hospital Centre. During this time, he was also actively involved in teaching and academic work as an associate, lecturer, and professor at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Medicine and the University of Zagreb School of Dental Medicine. Since 2019, he has served as a professor at the University of Rijeka Faculty of Medicine. His professional work focuses on head and neck surgery, laser surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery of the head and neck, aesthetic facial procedures, and aesthetic medicine. With decades of clinical, academic, and leadership experience, Prof. Dr. Ivkić is widely respected for his contributions to the advancement of otorhinolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and facial aesthetic and reconstructive care.

Prof. Dr. sc. Goran Geber is a specialist in otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery, with subspecialist qualifications in head and neck plastic surgery and phoniatrics. He is a highly respected clinician, educator, and academic whose work spans pediatric otorhinolaryngology, rhinology, facial plastic surgery, and head and neck surgery. Prof. Dr. Geber serves as a professor at the University of Zagreb School of Dental Medicine and is also a permanent professor at the University of Applied Health Sciences Zagreb. In addition to his academic responsibilities, he is Head of the Clinic for Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at the Sestre milosrdnice University Hospital Centre. His primary areas of expertise include pediatric otorhinolaryngology, the conservative and surgical treatment of diseases affecting the nose and paranasal sinuses, and plastic and reconstructive surgery of the head and neck. Through his clinical practice, he is dedicated to providing comprehensive care that combines functional improvement with aesthetic considerations when appropriate. Prof. Dr. Geber is actively involved in national and international professional organizations. He is also a member of the team at the Reference Center for Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology, contributing to specialized care and the advancement of pediatric ENT services. Prof. Dr. sc. Mihael Ries is a specialist in otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery, with subspecialist expertise in audiology. He is recognized for his extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing and balance disorders, as well as complex conditions affecting the ear and temporal bone. He serves as Deputy Head of the Hearing and Balance Center at the Clinic for Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery of the Sestre milosrdnice University Hospital Centre. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he is a professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Medicine, where he contributes to the education and training of future physicians and specialists. Prof. Dr. Ries's areas of expertise include hearing loss, balance disorders, tinnitus and other head noises, chronic and acute ear infections, tumors of the ear and temporal bone, and congenital ear malformations. He is experienced in the comprehensive evaluation of these conditions and provides both conservative and surgical treatment tailored to each patient's individual needs.
