Dr. Martina Radetić is a specialist in otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery. She graduated from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Medicine and completed her specialist training at the St. Duh University Hospital and the Sestre milosrdnice University Hospital Centre. As part of her specialist education, she completed a postgraduate program in otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery, further strengthening her clinical expertise in the field. She has also expanded her professional qualifications through additional training, including a program in “Leadership and Management of Health Services” at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Radetić has worked in both hospital and private practice settings, including the Department of ENT and Head and Neck Surgery at St. Duh Hospital and the Aviva Polyclinic, where she led ENT services and gained experience in aesthetic procedures within her specialty. She is the author and co-author of several scientific papers in the field of otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery and has completed additional training in cosmetic surgical techniques. Her clinical work is supported by continuous education and a commitment to combining functional ENT care with aesthetic precision.

Prof. Ph.D. Tomislav Baudoin is a specialist in otorhinolaryngology and a subspecialist in head and neck plastic surgery, as well as a professor at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Medicine. He is the founder and head of the Reference Center for Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia, and a leading figure in Croatian and European ENT surgery. He completed his specialization and subspecialization at the Sestre milosrdnice University Hospital Centre. His professional training also includes extensive international education at renowned institutions such as AKH Vienna and HNO Clinic Graz, as well as leading centers in the United States, including Mayo Clinic (Rochester), Penn University (Philadelphia), University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), Children's Memorial Hospital Chicago, Montefiore Medical Center (New York), Children's Hospital St. Louis, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and Long Island College Hospital (New York). Prof. Baudoin is the founder of the Croatian Rhinological Society and has held leadership roles including secretary and vice president of the Croatian Society for Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. He is also the founder and head of the “School of Pediatric ENT.” His academic contributions include more than 200 scientific publications, with an h-index of 14 and over 900 citations (as of 2020). He is also an active reviewer and editorial board member for numerous international ENT journals. He has played a key role in shaping ENT education and standards, leading expert groups for the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia and contributing to the development of European subspecialty programs in pediatric otorhinolaryngology within the UEMS. He is an active member of major European ENT organizations and currently serves in the presidency of the Confederation of European ORL-HNS societies (CEORL-HNS). He is also a member of the European Examination Board and head of the pediatric otorhinolaryngology section, serving as an examiner (EBE ORL-HNS). Prof. Baudoin has been an invited lecturer, instructor, and surgeon at over 100 national and international conferences and has led numerous congresses and surgical training courses. He has introduced and developed several surgical and diagnostic techniques in Croatia and internationally. In recognition of his service and excellence, he was awarded the Homeland War Memorial for his role as a medical officer in the Croatian Army. His distinctions include the Schering-Plough Young Researchers nomination (1999), the Ante Šercer Award for scientific work (2004), the UEMS ORL Section Medal (2016), and multiple “Najdoktor” awards for excellence from 2015 to 2020.
