Bloor Street in Toronto is the location of this clinic where an expert and experienced plastic surgeon who has a special interest in correcting the appearance of the face of patients discusses procedures with patients. Procedures are performed at the St. Joseph’s Health Centre and the St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. The surgeon performs both surgical and non surgical procedures tailored according to the unique needs of individual patients. After graduating with top honors from medical school, Dr. Gantous completed a rotating internship and then spent a year providing medical care in an impoverished region of Mexico. He went on to complete a six-year surgical training program in Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California at Los Angeles and the University of Toronto.
During this time, Dr. Gantous developed his keen interest in facial plastic surgery and was the recipient of several awards and honors. Before starting his practice, he did a fellowship in adult Cranio-Facial Surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Gantous is a diplomate (board certified) of the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is also a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Canadian Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Gantous is active in these societies and is a frequent lecturer and speaker both nationally and internationally.
