The Hydrafacial with Healite treatments is just amazing! They’ve transformed my acne-prone skin, as well as reduced my pigmentation. I’m confident enough to go out without makeup on now. In my opinion, they are well worth the money.

The staff at Academy Face and Body always greet you with a smile and are so welcoming. Alana who performs my treatment is a wealth of knowledge and so lovely! The clinic is nicely decorated and so clean. I would highly recommend Academy Face and Body.

I have been going to Academy Face & Body for many years & couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Dr Oates just performed a facelift & blepharoplasty which I am over the moon with but also to my lovely dermal therapists Alana & Claire who have kept my skin in tip-top condition over the years. They recommend treatments & products that would suit my skin but I never feel that I am pushed into any treatment or product. Always friendly, approachable and with amazing results.

MBBS, FRACS, Facial Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon

Dr Jayson Oates is an Otolaryngology Head, Neck and Facial Plastic Surgeon, specialising for nearly 18 years in cosmetic surgery. Dr Oates is the Medical Director of Academy Laser Clinics and a highly skilled specialist across a wide range of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. Following his Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery in 1990, he went on to train in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, finishing in 1997.

Interested in cosmetic surgery he undertook training with US and European experts in facial plastics and in 1999 established Academy Face and Body in Perth. In 2005, he was elected President of the Australasian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, where he remained President for 6 years. Around this time, he developed an interest in broader lifestyle medicine and has expanded his cosmetic surgery to include body reshaping, snore-reduction, vaginal rejuvenation and medical male enhancement. Dr Oates continues as a leader in his field and is actively involved in the training and development of all treating doctors and nurses at Academy Face & Body.

Keenly sought after by the media, Dr Oates has appeared on or been quoted by Channel 7, 9 and 10 news, the West Australian and various community news papers, Cosmetic Surgery Magazine and ABC, 6PR, 92.9 and Triple J radio stations.
