The hospital provided transfers between airport and hotel, they also picked us up from the hotel for each appointment. All hospital staff were very friendly, Special thanks to the Hospital’s Customer Services Rep “Dep”, who was very supportive to us with any queries. My dentist Dr Nguyen Hoang Loc did a wonderful job. Not only has he fixed all my teeth, he created the best Hollywood smile which I always wanted. The hospital is very modern and has all the latest equipment and high hygienic standards.

It was definitely a blessing that I chanced upon Dr Nguyen’s clinic. I had double eyelid stitches done more than 10years ago and the stitches on my left eye had somewhat lapsed/came undone, after reading all the amazing reviews I decided to send an email to enquire on the procedure and cost for 1 eye. I had breast augmentation with Dr Ng in August 2022. On the day of surgery, I somehow got fever and Dr Ng didn't want to do the surgery to make sure safety first (although I kind of insisted to do it). Fortunately I and my husband had planned to stay in Penang for 12 days so I was able to get them done 2 days before leaving. Now it's been more than 10 months since the surgery, and I and my husband are very happy of the results. We were overly worried before the surgery since this is the first time either of us ever has surgery. Actually, I'm thankful for Dr Sreelatha she's such an adorable person. She makes me more comfortable with Care and moreover, I can see my result on the table. I searched for about 12 months comparing surgeon for my face and neck lift. I decided on Dr Siripong and contacted him on WhatsApp. After speaking to him my decision was made. I am 8 days out of a lower face and neck lift and can see magical results already. I am in 76 but there is no age barrier if you are healthy. Prices are reasonable. I went to Dr Lin for rhinoplasty. I interviewed five different doctors in Taipei. Dr Lin was very qualified. He answered all of my questions and also took my phone call later when I had more questions. He was very professional and kind. I was nervous about the surgery but he was very reassuring.
