Absolutely outstanding care from start to finish. You're picked up from the airport in a beautiful, air-conditioned, luxurious car and taken to your hotel. Then picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. All check-ups follow that same pattern, and communication is excellent, so you always know what is happening. When you arrive at the clinic, there's somebody waiting at the door to welcome you with a smile, somebody waiting for you at reception, somebody waiting for you at the lift, etc. It's so organised, so streamlined and efficient. And the best thing is, every single person is friendly and approachable. Truthfully, it was a bit stressful arriving in a foreign country, not speaking the language, and wanting surgery. But this team makes it so easy. When I met Dr Pichet, I just felt like I could trust him. He persuaded me to switch surgeries, and I was hesitant at first, but I think it's so important that you feel able to trust your doctor, and he has such a measured and caring air about him. You get the feeling that he takes such pride in giving you the best outcome. The entire team is so lovely. But special mention must go to Miss Tak - she's such a sweetheart. You get her WhatsApp number, so there's always somebody to contact if you have any questions. The actual surgery went really well - so many staff in the theatre, which felt so reassuring. Aftercare is excellent, and all clinical supplies and compression garments are provided, along with as many waterproof dressings as you could need. Faultless in every way, couldn't have asked for more.

During a recent visit to Vietnam, I decided to undertake minor cosmetic surgery. I researched a number of surgeries in Ho Chi Minh City and decided on Dr Tam at Whatclinic. Doctor Tam and his surgical counsellor, Ms Sarin-kim, were very helpful; they offered to help with any travel or accommodation issues that I might have, but as I had visited Vietnam on a number of occasions, travel and accommodation were already organised. As the surgery was not taking place till later in my trip, they kept in touch via WhatsApp, explaining the procedure. On the day of the surgery, I was directed to a hospital in HCMC where I met with Ms Sarin-Kim and Doctor Tam. They were very helpful; Dr Tam explained in detail the surgery, making me feel comfortable. Before the surgery, I was required to take tests and answer questions regarding my health. Ms Sarin-Kim stayed with me and helped me; some of the hospital staff did not speak English, and her assistance was invaluable. There was a waiting time so I was put in a ward, as the operating theatre was obviously busy. I was feeling very relaxed as all the pre- surgery tests and questions were similar to what you have in any major hospital, especially in Australia. I was taken into the operating theatre; Dr Tam and his team ensured that I was comfortable he again explained the procedure. I was absolutely confident and happy. after the procedure, which took about 30 minutes I was moved to an observation ward, I stayed there for another half hour, when staff were happy that I was ok they released me to Ms Sarin-kim who then gave me instructions on how to look after my incision, when to get the stitches removed after I returned to Australia, She gave me antibiotics and ointment to take care of my incision and help recovery. Overall, the entire process was great. I was a little worried at first, but Dr Tam and his team were very professional. Special mention to Ms Sarin-Kim; she was very supportive throughout the entire process. I am very happy I chose Dr Tam and his dedicated team Thank You

I an writing this review because it is deserving and to help as many people as I can. Dr. Khan is so knowledgeable beyond any doctors that I've seen in my journey since I was in a very bad car accident and had a lot of trauma to my face. I came to Danang Vietnam, from US to see doctor and he is worth the trip. Not only is he knowledgeable beyond most doctors knowledge but he is an artist. God given gift I highly recommend Dr. Khanh. I am so happy he has changed my life. Hana his assistant and Irene my nurse have given me the most amazing care I have ever had on this journey since I've had my accident. Hannah is an unbelievable woman that gives you so much love very knowledgeable every step of the way. Hannah picks you up she takes you she brings you back she goes above and beyond to make sure that all your needs are met. Whether you need food medication questions she's always there every step of the way. Heartfelt service. You will be doing yourself a grand favor by seeing the doctor for a consultation you can't go wrong. I have been through a lot have seen some of the most influential doctors in the United States but I'm sorry to say you cannot compare doctor to the doctors in the United States that I've seen there's just something quite different about the way he does his surgeries the way he looks at you the way he sees things that other doctors haven't even pointed out that have caused problems that I was wondering what it was and didn't know why. For example, my lower lip was hanging due to a slipped muscle. very intricate surgeries that he did for me that all the doctors I had had consultations with and even surgeries with never even pointed that out to me. .I have also seen his before's and afters and met other patients and they were so happy with his work and I saw his work and they looked amazing. These patients did not have any trauma but came in just to better them selves and the results are unbelievable he is absolutely magical. A heartfelt thank you to doctor and his team ❤️❤️❤️

I decided to search Whatclinic while on holiday. Dr Harvard appealed most, after research. I was delighted to be given a consultation the next day and surgery the following day. The staff were great and Dr Harvard is a wonderful man whom I have complete faith in. He was calm, thoughtful, and precise. Did an excellent job Highly recommend. My experience was fantastic. Don't hesitate, it's worth it. He was very reasonably priced compared to uk or elsewhere.

From the consultation to the procedure and follow-up, everyone was extremely professional and attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
