I had a full facelift with upper and lower eyelid surgery, brow endoscopy, fat transfer from under the chin to the lip area and the tip of my nose and flare reduced. It cost roughly 14 000. CAD or 10 000USD I stayed across the street from both the OAS office and less than a block from the surgery clinic. Face lifts take much longer to heal than other surgeries due to the muscles, nerves and veins of the face. I stayed for 10 days to have stitches removed and ultrasound treatments. I am very happy with my results. I am very happy with my surgeon. His bedside manner and skill and all the staff that assisted me in my recovery.

I made a last-minute flight to Costa Rica after researching different clinics. They were patient with me despite my super rush to get there and back home to Canada. I spoke with Dr Cohen and he was great. Quick responses and very informative, he made me feel at ease. Once at the clinic Dr Rosenstock did my surgery and his team was assuring and made me feel at home. Their aftercare was top notch. I went in every day for massage and they made sure I was doing well. I loved my massage lady Ruth she was awesome. Overall I'm now 6 weeks post-op and I have to say I have been healing wonderfully. My scar is also healing so well and I haven't even started scar treatment yet!

I’m so happy with my results from chin lipo with Dr Ruben. I had it done in 2023, and the results have held up amazingly. Everyone is shocked by my before and after. I’ve written a number of reviews about my experience at Vida and with Dr. Juan Carlos Fuentes but I don’t think I’ve written one for whatclinic. Here are my thoughts… the pre-surgery preparation information was very thorough. The post-surgery instructions were detailed and the recovery floor for 10 days was quiet, and healing, and the staff were so kind. I am a vegetarian and the recovery floor staff made so many delicious meals! Thank you! I am not aware of the same quality of care pre and post-surgery in the United States. The anesthesiologist was the best I’ve met. The doctors there work together like a team , and have for many years.So the anaesthesiologist had worked with Dr. Fuentes many times I imagine,and that is good. Vida is lovely, clean, and beautiful. The surgery area is similar in quality to the United States. Dr. Juan Carlos Fuentes, I think the surgeries you do are your drawings that you transfer into surgery procedures, especially faces. You made my face and neck and eyes beautiful to me when I look in the mirror.You are gifted and kind. For any future procedures, I’ll return to Vida Wellness and Beauty and your skilful hands. Regarding cost, prices in the U.S.are so high.I am grateful that I could afford Vida. I had put my hope away,for having cosmetic work done. Thank you!
