I have always had hooded eyelids. About a year ago the hooding became so bad that I knew I had to get my eyes done. It was affecting my vision. I put it off for years because I have seen many people (with the financial resources to get the best work done) whose eyes do not look natural. They look continuously surprised. I ran into so many people that looked like that, that I assumed that was what you looked like after having upper eyelid surgery. I interviewed three doctors before deciding on Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic because I was concerned that I wouldn’t look like myself after surgery. My surgery could have been covered by insurance but I chose to pay out of pocket because Dr. Elif is that good! I chose her because she was the most thorough in explaining my procedure and she promised me that my eyes would look natural. The whole experience was seamless. Everyone who works in her office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. You can tell they all love working there and it shows in how they work. Phone calls were returned promptly. They took the time to answer my questions. They sent multiple reminders for appts and were flexible in scheduling. Dr. Elif is a kind, caring doctor. That wasn’t something I required in my surgeon but it amazingly made the whole experience enjoyable. Even the surgery was enjoyable. She played a great musical soundtrack which was relaxing and she explained what she was doing throughout the process. I found that very comforting. Her follow-up after surgery was very thorough and my eyes healed beautifully. I highly recommend going to see her before you make your decision. She is the best at what she does and it shows. Grateful Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were their family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. They made my breasts beautiful and now my self-esteem has increased. I was blessed with the entire DR.CINIK team. Now my dream has come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. While I was doing my research for a Revision rhinoplasty from The UK, I found Dr Ferhat İlen on Instagram. I texted the team and they immediately arranged a video call with Dr. Fi and he explained in detail to me the problems with my nose and how to fix it. This gave me a lot of confidence. On the day of the surgery, the team and the hospital were very friendly and informative. The surgery went very smoothly and there was very less bruising and the swelling started to go down slowly. My nose looks very natural and exactly what I wanted. A big thank you to Dr Fi and his team!

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

I found the clinic by doing some research online and contacted them through WhatClinic. Anna Czwordon got in touch with me and explained the whole process. Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. Dr Colin and his staff are really friendly and helpful. No hard selling and very honest with the pricing. Although waiting time could really be improved.

My wife and I had our eyes done, both upper and lower. It was the most professional and super high standard. I did my upper a few years ago in Norway, and this is MUCH MUCH better. Just a fantastic job and the service is toptop. We will come back to get something else done.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Dr. Ahn and his team regarding my recent eye surgery.
